In general hotel is very good. It has clean , spacious, modern rooms. I was surprised not having options „Please dont clean my room”which is available in other hotels already. We can use our towels more than once right?  …

We stayed for 14 days at this „3 star“ hotel that calls itself a „5 star“ establishment . I have not experienced such extreme bad customer service in my life! If you are looking for service that is friendly and welcoming, do not come here! My interaction with staff members there had so much hatred . I would ask a simple question in English or German and receive either shoutings or a plain no, without explanation back. I am not sure if it is because I am of mixed race, but also German. I wondered if this was only the staff’s attitude or a general culture of this region as no one greeted me in the elevators too.The breakfast buffet was a disaster, small walking areas where people bumped me and my 3 year old, with their shoulders or body. The waiters rushing off to the kitchen and not showing enough curtesy to let you pass first. There were no available tables so we always sat downstairs in the Oyster restaurant. There were 2 incidents where the „live chef“ shouted at me or ignored my order. Once because I didn’t have a plate, because the restaurant ran out of clean plates and secondly because she refused to make me an omelette and pointed to a sign that said „scrambled eggs“, however she prepared me one a few days before. The kids club facilities were satisfactory, but the staff at times played loud pop music and today I was shouted at and told to come back later because it was full. When actually I have been going there every day for the last 14 days at the same time. I wish that the friendliness in the staff’s attitude and tone was better, because it comes off rude, lazy and unfriendly for a 5 star hotel. We paid 30 euro per day for parking in the garage and each time we left for a day tour and came back there was another car parked in our spot. It happened 4 times?! On the 3rd time, our car got vandalized by the person that was parked on our spot. I wish that the hotel was more empathetic towards this problem, they could have offered us a free drink or something.I will not be returning here ever again and I will be telling all my friends in Berlin and the world not to visit this unfriendly place.

I wouldn't recommend the restaurant at all. We got a steak, it was dry, no flavour, the kids menu had very bad french fries too. We didn't eat the food, but were charged in full, with a unsignifact discount.Staff was nice, but the management's decisions are really surprising, to let the customer leave like this.

This hotel looks like a big ship but also is a big factory of tourists. You cant find here a lot of privacy. This is not 5 star resort. If you travel a lot you will see the difference when you come here, the details make the difference but I liked the location, just 5 min to the beach. I suggest to book a Premium room which are located on higher floor and have a better sea view. The breakfast ist good and nice and friendly restaurant staff but the reception staff are official friendly and work like a machine without a personal touch.

I spontaneously stayed at the Radisson Blu Swinousjcie for one night and booked a suite. Check-in was smooth, although my loyalty status wasn’t initially recognized. After a polite reminder, I was given an “upgrade” from a suite on the 2nd floor to one on the 8th floor. The suite itself was nicely designed, in line with the standards I’ve come to expect from other Radisson properties. However, I did notice that the room showed signs of wear, with minor issues like stains on the carpet and chipped furniture. It’s probably time for a minor refresh to keep up with the usual Radisson quality.Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to check out the hotel’s other facilities such as restaurants or bars, so I can’t comment on those. Overall, it was a solid stay, with just a few minor details that could use attention.

My husband booked this hotel by mistake - website booking.com had an error with the vpn and booked Hotel Radisson Poland instead of Georgia/Tbilisi. Even though we explained the hotel the vpn mistake on time and cancelled the booking, the hotel kept the entire amount from our credit card to itself and blocked all contact and ignored our messages. First time experiencing such a disrespectful manner from a hotel!Because we aren’t European citizens we cannot call the hotel and deal with them ear to ear , only through email! We even contacted Radisson Blu in Tbilisi and asked them what they would do in that situation, they said the wouldn’t charge the full amount, that it’s not in their way of handling misunderstandings with hotel guests! We never checked in into the hotel , we have never been to Poland , and sure are never going to visit such a hotel cause of your shameful relationship to clients!Keep that in mind when booking and visiting this place!

This is not 5 star hotel. If you travel a lot you will see the difference when you come here, the details make the difference but I like the location, just 5 min to the beach. The hotel is like a big massive tourist factory. The best thing here is the sea view.

One of the better hotels in Poland is in Swinemünde. Located on the corniche, it makes it very easy to access the beach. The service is impeccable. The rooms are modern and tidy. However, the prices are extremely high. The parking costs amount to 100 złoty, making it terribly expensive.

We went to this hotel for buffet lunch, I have called earlier to check if the buffet lunch is on Sunday and if we need to book, when we walked in with a family we asked page boy where do they serve lunch to be told lunch is only for the hotel guest.. I told him that's not true so he pointed us to reception to pay, we were earlier than when they open restaurant so they have pointed us to 13th floor as we would like pre dinner drink. 13th floor was packed and had no space we went back down to the bar and ask if we can be served at least water or coffee to be told bar opens at 2pm. Sylwia from the reception told us if we don't like it, to go somewhere else and said if we not happy to write an email.Absolute joke of a service! When we went to restaurant we asked for table for 6, restaurant was nearly empty and they asked us to sit in a booth for 5 and that they bring another cover, I asked if they can connect couple tables for us as its a buffet it would be easy to get out in response I received shrug of a shoulder, we joined tables by ourself and no one came in to take drink order either.. There was more waitress than guest in this restaurant, buffet was poor 4 hot dish trays 2 of different potato, fish, goulash.. Salad all pickles from a jar or corn from a tin and fresh salad full of fruit flies..Clearly racism from the staff and service if you speak Polish..The building and location might be there but people inside are below any standard, equality and diversity training would be strongly recommend. There is many much cheaper and more pleasant places in Swinoujscie than that hotel.Disgusting service from Polish people.

Positives:Decent pricing, friendly service, good location to the beach and restaurants.Nice views from the room. New hotel and well laid out. Good room size. Not so positive:Extremely crowded, long queues for check in & check out. Getting a table at breakfast can be a challenge at times. Using the facilities such as sauna are almost impossible.Would be recommended to visit / stay in off peak times or on weekdays.Paid car parking available on sight.Stayed a weekend in February 2024Radisson Premium Member
