The hotel is okay, the location is ideal close to the railway station, from where on you literally can find trains to all over Europe. However the neighbourhood itself doesn’t give the best impressions. Also I think a 3 star rating would make more sense. However it’s a good hotel.

This hotel is awesome and super easy to find! Parking costs just €15 per day, which is pretty reasonable. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. My room was on the second floor, and there was a tram station right outside the hotel, but thanks to the fantastic soundproofing, I didn't hear a thing. No matter how noisy it was outside, it was peaceful inside. The hotel prices are reasonable. I didn't try the breakfast, but I bet it's as good as the service. Overall, a great stay!

Was on a business trip. Good and comfortable room. Very clean, shower works, air conditioning. Only one downside - my room window was near air conditioning box on the outside and I heard it jam from time to time (2nd upper floor).Service is helpful, but are not very talkative.Location - very good, the tram is right outside of the hotel, could reach my wanted locations easily.

Excellent staff, beautiful room. They are so helpful and kind. They also help to keep luggage in storage if you need it. And it's safe. Close to the train station and Alot of places to eat. It's a very clean cosy hotel.

I have a great stay at the hotel.Location is great, near the Frankfurt HBF.The tram stops are right in front of the hotel door. The bed, facilities, cleanliness are great. Though its' not a new hotel, they keep all in good condition. One thing to say is the soft mattress of the bed.

A nice little hotel near the train station, the room was quiet, there was cleaning service everyday and... a Senseo in the room with two types of capsules (regular coffee and decaff' coffee). There is a little carpark downstairs for 15€ a day, very handy if you have some heavy luggage to carry, but one ought to be careful because it is very narrow (not to be recommended for big-sized cars) and it can be very easy to leave some of your car's paint on one of the supportive concrete pillars placed in critical spots.Staying in this hotel was a nice experience overall, I'll go there again.

I don't think I have stayed at an Accor hotel with such lazy, entitled and apathetic staff. The staff are completely disinterested in doing the bare minimum job and would rather just stay behind the desk and look at their phones. …

One of the worst service ever. All of the employees are pretty much not helpful at all. When we first arrived, there was no path for the luggages. We had to carry each one of them up (they are around 20kg each). I saw 2 employees in the hall just staring at us struggling to carry them (1st red flag). After checking in, the receptionist gave us the keycards to our rooms WHICH WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BULDING ACROSS THE ROAD (to the architect and the ceo of this specific location, are you ok?). The dude at the reception (i dont remember his name but he has an afro) knew that our rooms were across the street but said nothing, we only knew because when we stepped in the elevator, we didnt see our room number (2nd red flag). we have 4 rooms in total and by the end of our staying, 1 had to be changed bc of the smell, 1 had no fridge and in a span of 2 days we had to run across the street to change our key rooms abt 10 times because they didnt work (i lost counts of the flags). 2 employees (one of them was a cleaning lady named Brankica) BARGED INTO OUR ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING USING THEIR KEYS. Brankica even rudely blamed us for not hearing her non-existent knocking and slammed OUR room door on US (???). The 2nd morning, an empolyee stopped us from getting in to breakfast room bc quote on quote “uhm i dont see your room” when yesterday morning she had no problem cleaning up our dishes. do not waste your money on this hotel, not worthy at all. spend your money somewhere else.

The rooms are old and tired, they may have been renovated but this was years ago or the renovation job was poor. In mine there was a large cement pillar placed awkwardly in the middle of the room. ||The bathroom is also old. …
