Christina (hostess) helped us overcome logistical issues with parking, and was the epitome of professionalism while I was being the classic rude guest (I felt like I was in a 3 stooges act going from one frustrating event to the next during the 30 minutes before I walked into the hotel). She was outstanding, and I commend her!The hotel is very clean, well-appointed, and has great views; all super-close to a wonderful park that is excellent for exercise.The bar in the hotel seems very good, it was packed and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, both telltale signs of a good bar.

Standard but nice looking hotel. The rooms are maybe a bit too small, but what I dislike the most is that there is no armchair in the room, only a quite small chair. This is not comfortable at all. Also the view is anything but nice. What is definitely not OK is the cleaning. I've found different hair pieces in the room, and they probably did not switch the bedding as the pillows smelled perfumy.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark. My experience was far from satisfactory due to several significant issues that need to be addressed.Firstly, the hotel’s location is quite far from the city center, which was inconvenient and not clearly indicated in the information provided.Upon check-in, I encountered a frustrating problem with my room key card. It took three trips to the front desk before I was finally able to access my room. This lack of efficiency and concern for the guest’s time is unacceptable. Moreover, the staff did not offer any apologies for this inconvenience.Additionally, I had booked two rooms for my stay. Despite the availability of connecting rooms, my sister and I were not given the option to stay in them. Instead, we were placed in rooms that were far apart. This indicates a lack of familiarity with the hotel’s layout on the part of the front desk staff. To make matters worse, one of the rooms was an accessible room designed for guests with disabilities. I do not have mobility issues, and there was no need for me to stay in such a room.The following day, despite having requested room cleaning services, no one came to clean my room. When I approached the front desk to inquire about this, I was met with indifference. The staff member informed me that cleaning would not be possible and only offered me towels. This is a fundamental service failure, and the lack of an apology further highlights the poor customer service at your hotel.As someone who has studied hotel management, I am aware of the standards that should be upheld. Unfortunately, your hotel falls short in many areas. Additionally, the parking gate did not function properly, causing further delays and unnecessary expenditure.Overall, the service provided was extremely poor, and I would strongly advise potential guests to avoid staying at Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark. The inefficiencies and lack of basic customer service are unacceptable.I hope you will take these complaints seriously and work towards improving the service quality at your hotel.Sincerely,Ming

Good place for a short trip. Rooms are big. Very comfortable and homly atmosphere. Minimalistic design. Breakfast is regular. Big underground public parking - 2€ per hour or 30€ per day.

Great location near the tourist spots. There is a big park in front of the hotel perfect for a morning run and for the kids. Hotel staff is kind. Hotel room very clean. A good hotel for family.|Beds are very comfortable. The children loved the breakfast.

Everything about our stay was easy; check-in was quick and our room was available before the official check-in time. The room was large and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel was really nicely located in a safe and quiet area; a little far from the city center, but there was a nice walk along the Rhine.Looking forward to trying their other locations!Great hotel 👍

It is the first time that my boss has stayed at this hotel, since he had to attend an important event in Frankfurt, and it exceeded his expectations. Additionally, the attention of the staff and the reservation support team was wonderful, at all times they seek to resolve any inconvenience to make the stay wonderful for the client.

Lovely location and amenities, but front desk experience exceedingly unfriendly. We arranged in advance for early check-in and were assured (for a small fee) we'd be able to access our room since our flight arrived (a red eye from the US) at 5:00am. Upon arrival we were told -- quite unkindly -- that the hotel was full and we'd have to wait until check in at 3:00pm. I told them we'd arranged for early check in and the front desk told us, quite abruptly, no. We are seniors and ended up grabbing a room 3 miles away to get some sleep before check in. If there is no option for early check in, please don't promise it. I would have gladly paid for an extra night on the front end if I'd known.
