Awesome stay in the middle of Frankfurt city very walkable and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself is very spacious and filled with everything your heart desires to make you feel right at home. I enjoyed a cosy morning in and actually took advantage of the kitchen to prepare breakfast before the hustle of the day begins. Will definitely book again!

Worst service ever and rooms without AC. We checked in on a Sunday and the reception was closed. We were welcomed by the security of the residence. Extreme difficulty in communication. The rooms were old and there was a portable AC that was awful and needed installment and the rooms were extremely hot. We called the security to assist us but he didn’t speak English and didn’t understand what we were saying. No other number provided for help from the hotel reception or staff as they were closed. We communicated by email, they replied Monday morning and the reply was very unprofessional and the amount of our stay was fully deducted even though they did not mention that the reservation was non refundable as they did not send us a written contract. We are extremely dissapointed and the manager did not even try to welcome us back or even explain how the AC works which indicated bad customer service.

Just to keep in mind: this is more of an appartement than a hotel. After if you need anything the staff is more than willing to help (restaurant booking or other), there is a daily cleaning service, someone at the front desk, and maintenance hanging around. The breakfast was quite small, but after all these apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, so you can do your own thing. The free croissants is a bonus. The rooms are very clean, the area is calm and quiet, and very close to the main streets while remaining in a safe neighborhood (avoid the train station at all cost). The beds are cosy, with a nice selection of pillows. The only negative aspect: there are no real blinds. We are used to sleeping in total darkness, and the blinds here let in a lot of light. It was basically like sleeping with the window open. After I can understand it’s a cultural thing, and I’ll keep in mind for next time to bring an eye mask!Overall nice experience, would recommend if you want to stay 24h or a few weeks, and was to be totally independent. If you’re looking for a more cosy hotel-like establishment, this might not be the right fit (and no shade to the Doorman!)

We are a family with one toddler and absolutely loved the stay in this prima location of the city of Frankfurt. The Alte Oper was practically across the road with an immediate access to the main prominade of the city. …

We went for one night and had a junior suit. The beds are a bit hard , but not different than hotels in germany. The room was clean and had everything you need. from a microwave to oven, and everything you need.the location was in the heart of the city, you can get in the city centre by foot.the rescetionist was very kind, and helpfull. due a car problem we were forced to stay an other night and we were able to stay on the same room.as its a apartment complex you wont find breakfast here. altho there is coffe and tea and a little snack for you at the reception. what is very conveniant.i wont mind sleeping here again in the future

I usually stay outside Frankfurt but wanted to be downtown this time. I like the apartment hotel concept and liked the flat I was given - large, with lovely balcony (perfect weather for it) and well equipped. …

Never have we felt so unwelcome at a hotel. After hours in traffic, we arrived later than planned just around 7 o'clock pm. Reception was abandoned so we had to call for someone to let us in. With a deep sigh the receptionist 'helped' us, with the minimum of words used and just a hand gesture to the elevator. The room is fine, spatious and clean. Heating was at is top when we got in, so temperature was very high. After opening the windows we were fine. The matrass of the bed was hard, not comfortable for me, but maybe fine for someone else.It was no surprise to us the reception was closed again when we wanted to check out at a regular time (09.30 am).I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, because the hospitality is very bad. Maybe the room is big, overall we had a bad feeling about this place.

One of the best stays ever in my life. The place, location, cleaning services and everything else that I needed was just AMAZING. What’s more amazing is the two wonderful and professional staff at the reception there (Dao and Michaela). They are wonderful. Thank you so much Dao and Michaela for making my 7 weeks stay unforgettable and excellent in every sense of the word. I will surely give this place and its staff 100stars rating.

I recently stayed at Ameron for 3 nights as I was on business in Frankfurt. The location is very good, as it is in the centre of business district. …
