We had a great holiday in the holiday apartment.The terrace with the beautiful view is perfect for having breakfast outside when the weather is nice and ending the evening comfortably outside.The rooms are very tastefully and beautifully furnished, the kitchen is also very well equipped.We didn't find the sloping ceilings annoying.The rental office and the landlord were very helpful and friendly when we had any questions.A next stay is already planned 😀

It was a wonderful stay.The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Underground parking and an elevator are also helpful amenities.The combination of central location, peace and proximity to the beach is really ideal for a vacation.We liked it very much. We'll be back 😍

We stayed in FeWo Teja for 7 days in August 2024. The sloping ceilings in the living room and bedroom really bothered us because we often hit our heads when we got up. This is not always thought of, especially at night in the bedroom. The sofa is uncomfortable due to the deep seat. Leaning on the back was difficult. Otherwise, the apartment was well equipped with a beautiful view of the countryside/lake. We cannot recommend taking high-quality e-bikes with you. Our e-bikes were stolen from the locked underground car park and locked bike room at night despite the bike locks being secured several times. It's unbelievable who still has access to the keys to the underground car park and storage room. We were generally disappointed with the agency. Lack of empathy and difficult communication.

Holiday on Usedom, in Bansin from September 22nd to June 2nd. 10. 2024 in the Fewo Teja, Badstr. 7What use is the well-equipped apartment that we have stayed in several times if those responsible on site cannot get security in the underground car park and bicycle room under control. Our high-quality e-bikes were also stolen from us, with no visible signs of break-in; the door to the bike room was locked again after the break-in. 2 burglaries within 4 weeks, someone has to react, the owner or the property management, ideally both. No opaque bike room, spying is so easy and once you're in the underground car park you have all the time in the world to steal the bikes, despite the locks attached. Just by the way, the vacationers' cars are also in the garage and driving out is no problem at all. Holidaymakers are the economic engine of this island, so money has to be raised to increase the level of security. If that doesn't work, the best apartment is only worth half as much. And yes, it's true, the responsibility is simply not taken, you are left out in the cold and what's really bad is that subsequent holidaymakers are not informed. Not a word, not a hint, an impudence.When thefts become so frequent, you have to react or the worries of holidaymakers are no longer worth anything.We don't give up hope that these lines can make a difference.

We have been to Teja twice. Twice every year. We always like it. The location with elevator was great. The landlord class. Always has an ear for problems and concerns. Commit to it immediately. Great thanks

Can only recommend the apartment. When you enter the apartment, you can tell that the landlord wants to make his vacationers happy throughout their stay. We'll definitely come back.
