No A/C in the rooms, making them super warm and lack of ventilation. Moreover, the hotel is above a restaurant, making the room smell like food.Check in service was quite unfriendly and rude.My parents who are 60+ y/o had to bring their luggage in the second floor. Staff refused to help them. There were no elevators in the building. At the end of the stay we filled a review on Hotels.com and when we were heading out the staff came out with us but to argue that we gave them a low review. What kind of professionalism is that ? This is not acceptable. On the positive side, the location is great and the hotel looks great from the outside.

Room was very nice. Quiet. Check-in was smooth. Brought the bags for us up the stairs. Indoor and outdoor dining was enjoyable. Polite and efficient staff to take care of your needs. Great breakfast too.

We spent a night at Hotel Meiser's in Dinkelsbühl and can only recommend staying here: The rooms in this historic building are lovingly furnished with wooden old-style furniture. Everything is set with an eye for detail. …

Room was large, decor was not consistently themed throughout room and hotel. Would have been better if they stuck to one theme, and building would suit a more classical theme. bathroom very small. …

The only reason I didnt give it 1 star is because the room was beautiful. Where do I start?? well, my entire 7 day trip through Germany I came across this problem in every hotel I stayed in so I guess its the norm. …

My wife and I enjoyed a very good lunch sitting outside the hotel in beautiful Dinkelsbühl. Meisser's is obviously very good as there were not many free places left for lunch. We might even try dinner there as well. The prices were very slightly higher than neighbouring restaurants but the atmosphere at Meisser's was better.
