Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Really good underground car parking for 15 euros per night. Breakfast had a wide choice. ||We used it as a base for visiting Nuremberg which was easily accessible by train.||

A decent hotel located in central Erlangen. It would fit business trips better than couple or family. The room and amenities were fine compare to the value. The breakfast however has room for improvements. The view from room is not necessarily good. We enjoyed complementary coffee served in the lobby.

Stayed at this property with Go Ahead tours for two nights. ||Room 513 across from the elevator. Room was quiet, Queen bed with two pillows. Bed was firm and comfortable, but pillows were not great.  …

The rooms were nice the only minor flaw was there was a retractable bed sofa which took up a lot of space and was a tiny bit annoying to get past, not a problem for me but for some people it might be challenging. 3 stars because the underground parking lot smelled absolutely terrible

Nice hotel in Erlangen with close proximity to everything you need. I stayed 2 nights there during a business trip in the region.The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms and a nice bathtub. The breakfast also had a variety of options, something for everyone. The quality of the food was satisfying. There are comfortable couches at the hotel entrance near the reception and a bar to grab some late night drinks.I wasn't very happy with the toiletery and shampoo quality, it smelled a bit strange. Also the light sensor in my floor was faulty, so leaving the room at night felt kind of bizzare.All in all, I didn't regret staying here and I think it is good value for money. I might consider staying there again next time!

NH Hotel Erlangen - 7-Night StayOverall Impression:My seven-night stay at the NH Hotel in Erlangen was satisfactory, though not exceptional.Staff:The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.Food:While the food was okay, there was limited variety, with approximately 90% of the breakfast options remaining the same each day.Hygiene:Hygiene standards were acceptable, contributing to a comfortable stay.Room:The room, suitable for a single occupant, lacked spaciousness and suffered from poor lighting at night. However, plenty natural daylight streamed in during the day.Location:Positioned on the 8th floor, access via the two elevators was generally prompt, with only one instance of significant delay due to maintenance (approximately 30-40 minutes).Comfort:The provided blanket was not wide enough, and the water dripping sound from the bathroom at night was somewhat bothersome.Value for Money:Considering the price point of 750€ for seven nights, the experience felt more like to that of a 3-star hotel.Conclusion:While I enjoyed my time at the NH Hotel in Erlangen, I would explore alternative accommodation options if returning to the area.

The hotel is not the most up to date hotel. Nevertheless all was good except the sleep ing experience. I could not sleep all night because the bed was extremely hard. Uncannily understand that someone can sleep in such beds. …

I can freely say that the hotel is exceptional, the service is top notch. The staff is wonderful. Miss Elizabeth from the front desk as well as Miss Anne made an exceptionally good impression on me. Real professionals in their work. I would recommend the hotel to anyone, without a doubt.
