We stayed here for just a night. The rooms are decent, and the check-in went well.If you're planning on visiting the oldtown, then this location is not ideal, but JMHO. This particular location appears to for business travelers, but we did see families with children, so who really knows.

Big hotel, good location with underground car park (fee applies) loads of EV chargers (extra cost) grocery shop 5min walk away. Good A/C kept the room very cool in the heatwave. Definitely will be back, good value for money.

I recommend this hotel. You can check in at the kiosk. There´s a rich breakfast, coffee at the reception. Hotel was nice and quiet. It is located very well near the underground, approx. 200m.

My priority for hotels is mostly the cleanliness. B&B Nürnberg-West was great at meeting my expectations while keeping things in my student-budget.

Hotel was clean and easy to checkin using their computerised checkin machine. No checkout necessary. A slight inconvenience given the fact that all of the parking spots were occupied, and we've had to haggle in order to get free access to the underground hotel parking, even though it was advertised that all rooms come with an included parking spot.

My stay at the B&B Hotel Nürnberg-West was overall a positive experience, but there were a few things that could be improved. The staff experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Upon arrival, I was met with a receptionist who seemed quite detached. He didn't project a warm and welcoming attitude, giving the impression that he wasn't particularly keen on his job. However, on departure, I was welcomed by a truly friendly lady at the reception desk. She answered all of my questions graciously, maintained a pleasant attitude, and even gave us a warm farewell smile. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The AC also worked wonders, keeping the room cool even on the hottest days (28+ degrees Celsius). In fact, it got so cold that we had to turn it off in the middle of the night! And we even left it off for the rest of the night. This is a good sign that the building is well-insulated.The spacious underground parking garage was a lifesaver. There were plenty of spots available, and it was easy to get our luggage to the room using the elevator. The extra 10 Euros for this service was well worth it, especially considering the traffic nightmare we encountered during rush hour. However, the directions to the hotel were a bit of a mess. Even with navigation, we had trouble finding the entrance. The area is also very busy and congested, making it difficult to navigate.Another minor gripe is the use of door codes instead of cards. While it's not a deal-breaker, I still prefer cards for their convenience and speed.

The room and the bathroom were neat and well decorated. We liked the floor-to-ceiling windows. We stayed for one night only, so we didn't really have time to use TV or Wi-Fi. The thing that made us sad was that in the brochure that we found in our room the option to buy drinks or snacks from a Snackautomat was listed, but we couldn't get access to it. It was located in the 2nd floor, but our room was in the 5th, so our code wouldn't let us enter the 2nd floor. During the night the reception is closed, too, so no one could let us in. Other than this automat that we didn't end up even seeing there was nothing to drink or eat. We were so thirsty we had to take the underground to get to the city center to the nearest Snackautomat we could find on Google Maps. All at around midnight, which didn't feel nice and safe in any way shape or form. A water cooler on each floor paired with a couple of cups in the room or a vending machine somewhere where everyone in the hotel has access to (and not only the 2nd-floorers) would be great. In addition to that, the instructions on how to use the hotel's *dedicated* elevator were not clear. And it's not only my opinion, everyone who we saw checking in that night had issues getting to their floor. The system is not intuitive and the instructions are incomplete. Which elevator to use? Why? Which code to enter? What to do first - enter the code or choose the floor? So many questions...

The hotel is satisfactory. However, the air conditioning unit is malfunctioning, and the management appears to be disregarding the issue.

Unfortunately, I have to give only 4*, the staff was great, but..On arrival we were checked in by a very nice receptionist, he asked us if we wanted any special cleaning in the room, we said no, he assured us that the maid would still come every day to check if we needed clean towels etc, so we were happy. But, when the maid didn't come on the second or third day of our stay, we thought it was strange, we thought she would at least come to take out the trash, we found out from another receptionist that if we didn't want any special cleaning, it meant we didn't want any, but that if I gave him the trash, he would give us a clean bag.Otherwise the hotel was clean, it's great that it's close to a metro stop, but that's about it, breakfast is the same every day and that gets pretty boring after five days..To be honest, for the money I would have expected a bit more...

Spotlessly clean new hotel. The rooms are well designed and the hotel also offers an excellent breakfast selection. The dining room is quite spacious. We were very satisfied with our stay, and would have no hesitation in staying here again.
