This was my second time staying at Ruby Ella, and honestly, it was just as great as the first! The location is perfect—shops, restaurants, everything you need right outside the door. There's even a supermarket next door for those last-minute essentials.The breakfast bar? Great selection and super healthy, just the right amount of choice without being over the top, which I love. As for the room, it’s nicely sized. I’m not the biggest fan of the in-built bathroom setup, but for the price, it’s still a solid win.But let’s talk about the service—the real standout here. The staff are absolute gems! Huge shoutout to Yasmin, Joanna, and Alex, who went above and beyond to make the stay perfect. Seriously, they make you feel like you're staying with friends. Can't wait for round three! 👏✨

I absolutely loved this hotel. For me one the best I stayed. The rooms are fantastic I loved the marshall speakers. The room is spacious very well designed and has great soundproof, nobody heard my music and neither did I hear my next door sound. To get in and out as well as the elevator you use your card which I think is great for safety. Overall a 10 hotel for me I definitely recommend it

"Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend!"My family and I recently stayed at Ruby Ella Hotel last month , and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were met with rude and unprofessional staff who seemed completely indifferent to providing any level of customer service.Our room was not ready when we arrived, despite confirming our reservation in advance. Once we finally got our room, it was far from what we expected – it was poorly cleaned, with dirty sheets and a bathroom that seemed like it hadn’t been sanitized properly.When we voiced our concerns, the staff was dismissive and offered no help. We felt ignored and disrespected during our entire stay. This is not how guests should be treated, especially families looking for a relaxing vacation.I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. The management clearly does not care about the comfort or satisfaction of their guests. I will never return, and I hope no one else has to go through what we did.

Update: this hotel doesn’t contact you before charging you fees claiming damage. These claims are false. I called immediately after the cleaning fee charge hit my card and asked for evidence as we left the room in complete order and the hotel did not provide any. They also told me accounting was closed and to call back later to dispute the charge. Complete scam collecting money from guests after check out. I reiterate, don’t stay here.Do not stay here. They charged me after checking out for a cleaning fee and we left the room completely normal. They didn’t even contact me and there is no way for me to dispute it. I called and they said accounting wasn’t available. Don’t stay here.

Very nice interior, chill vibe, I found the service a bit weird not bad just not what I expected. Affordable price! The location is really good at the outskirts of the centre and they have parking available which makes it very easy to reach!

My partner and I had the absolute best stay here at Ruby Ella. Found the hotel on a booking site as Germany was a new visit for us, and to say I’m so happy that I found this place is an understatement.Great rooms, all perfectly displayed online. So you know what you’re getting. Air conditioning was great. The little extras you get were all very luxurious. The vibe is fantastic. Fabulous cocktail bar. And the breakfast was great. Great to walk anywhere easily. The staff looked after us so much. All really friendly and helpful. I want to say a personal thank you for Elaine, however. She was on the bar for us all of the evenings we stayed and she went above and beyond for us. We asked her one evening for some restaurant recommendations and oh my gosh, the places she said to try;Perfection! So, thank you Elaine. You are a star. You made us feel right at home.Would definitely come back on our next visit.Thank you everyone who made it special.
