Everything in the apartment was as described on the internet. At first glance everything was clean, but upon closer inspection the cleaner forgot one or two corners. The house is about 5 years old, but something needs to be done in one place or another... (room door loose, transition rail attached with scotch tape, or missing.) The location corresponded to the description in terms of the beach and shopping opportunities, but the The residential road resembled a mogul slope where walking speed was almost too fast.

We stayed in the Völker family's beautiful holiday apartment for 9 days and felt very comfortable there. The landlords are a very nice, friendly family and the process from start to finish went really well. The landlords can't do anything about the noise from the federal highway. We closed the windows at night and were out and about a lot during the day anyway. We can only recommend the landlords. Dieter and Conni.

Hello, we were warmly welcomed by the Völker family.Everything corresponded to the description and we felt very comfortable.The highlight in the apartment: the fully electrically adjustable lounge chair. We liked it so much, we're going to get one too.The layout of the apartment is precisely coordinated and the TV was also appropriate, everything is designed for optimal use without being overwhelming, just right.The proximity to the beach and the promenade, the possibilities for fun, such as the playground at the Niendorf pier, the Niendorf harbor and e.g. B. Mini golf in Timmendorf, we really enjoyed all of that.We are looking forward to coming back in the foreseeable future, as the Völker family has one or two Baul. We are planning change and we are very excited about it.We found the “Hückelpiste”not disturbing, more nostalgic.A lot will happen and good things take time.We say thank you to the Völker family and we would like to come back.LG family Buchholz

We were able to spend 10 great days with the Völker family in Niendorf. Even before we arrived, contact was always quick, friendly and warm and we were greeted in exactly the same way when we arrived. The apartment has a great layout and everything you need is there. We had the apartment on the ground floor. It includes a terrace with beautiful seating and two loungers in the garden. We deduct one point in the room category because the children's room is quite small for two older children (9 & 11). But this is also the only drawback. And for the location, which is actually great because you don't need 5 minutes to get to the beach, there is a point deducted because the bypass is directly behind the house and the noise from a busy street was annoying at some point. But all in all a wonderful apartment, with nice landlords and a great location! We were completely satisfied with the price and performance.
