The place is deffinately stuck in the early 80's with little/no renovations inside.

Booked from 5/1 to 5/6/24. Very quick check-in even about 3 hours before the official time. Pleasant landlord, friendly and helpful. Very good location 1 minute to the beach. Room with balcony pure sunshine 🌞. The apartment met our expectations.Just perfect 5 minutes to the place. Everything you need is there. Will definitely come back. Had a great time.

… Haus Niedersachsen offers an optimal location… for early bookers, good prices. The staff and the owner are very hospitable and accommodating. Free parking at the house 👍.

Apartment 26 Kiek Ut:The welcome and key handover was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great.Basic cleanliness is present, there is dust and cobwebs here and there. The cutlery, the stove and the extractor hood don't look very inviting. The balcony is completely neglected!Unfortunately, everything in the apartment seems very worn and outdated. There is an urgent need to catch up here!!!The bathroom is well equipped, but very small! We didn't feel overly uncomfortable in the apartment, but it could be much better. Everything was so-so.The house is extremely noisy.The dogs of the other guests, who barked at night, were very annoying.All in all, we would not recommend the apartment or spend our vacation here again.

Great location, right on the beach. Very friendly owners, everything is family run.The rooms are absolutely fine and very clean.The view towards the lake is impressive.We have been there many times and would love to go again.

Fantastic location with a view of the Baltic Sea (apartment 25) from the balcony and from the living room and bedroom. Large apartment with two bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a well-kept bathroom with shower. Very clean, cozy and sensibly furnished. The seating isn't the most comfortable, but you get used to it. It's a shame there's no TV in the bedroom. But there is a dishwasher and everything you need. Bread delivery service possible, but the bakery is not far either. Garden with beach chairs, seating and table tennis as well as good play equipment for children. Direct access to the beach and quite close to the center. Restaurants, bars and mini golf in the immediate vicinity, including bike rentals. No payment by credit card possible, only EC or cash. Free parking spaces in front of the house.Any time!

Very good value for money. Guests are treated very friendly and courteously. Right on the beach, very quiet. Child and animal friendly. In the summer there is a cozy barbecue evening with the running family once a week. It's worth it.

+ very clean+ great beach location- WiFi reception is very slow- unfortunately very noisy, very disturbing when the child wants to sleep (doors are slammed, chairs are pushed out, etc.)- Ground floor or basement apartment very cold
