The showers in these apartments don’t work. Very weird room-layout with a wardrobe in the middle of the room. They charged us a € 40 fee for “cleaning” the room, without letting us know. It was barely noticeable that they had cleaned as they didn’t vacuum or clean the bed. They just folded a rug and one of the blankets on the bed. They also charged us with a € 90 fee for a dirty rug, that they couldn’t even show us evidence of. It was also very noisy neighbors. Loud music and screaming. Rude staff that don’t speak English. Do not recommend and will not be coming back.

Poor service. Charged 40+ € for cleaning without asking and it was still as dirty after their ”clean”. Charged 90+€ for a rug that we didn’t get to see. No waterpressure in the showers. Dusty and not very well cleaned when we arrived.

Very unkempt, dust and mold, the room can be reached via a dangerous, very steep staircase. Entrance Dark backyard, old food in the "kitchen", smelly curtains, broken old curtains, no proper blackout. Never again!

In advance!!! We first had an apartment, which was not only very dirty, it even had mold on an entire wall in the bedroom. We suspect water damage that was never repaired/treated, only painted over. So my first night as an allergy and asthma sufferer wasn't a pleasant one.But you also have to say very clearly that when we first mentioned it, we were immediately given a new room. And what can I say, we were very satisfied. Thanks again for this!

When I stood in front of the door at 8 p.m. I saw a piece of paper with a phone number. In the end I had to walk 500m back with all my luggage to get the key. The person on the phone was unfriendly, there was nothing about the other address in the booking confirmation. When you arrive at the hotel tired, this is the last thing you need.
