This was our second time in this hotel. Unfortunately we only got a 4 person apartment for 2 people... the apartment is very small and very questionable for 4 people. Unfortunately, we weren't that happy with the cleanliness either... but we were able to clarify our concerns very well with the hotel... they apologized and gave us a discount. Basically we felt very comfortable again, the breakfast is very expensive but also very good and plentiful... The staff is also very friendly and helpful...

Unkept, dusty, old cobwebs. Rooms can only be reached via dangerous, very steep stairs. Bed had stains, using the shower was a risk of burns as the water temperature unexpectedly changed to scalding hot. The "cooking corner" with old food supplies, unsightly. The coffee machine was rotten, so I preferred visiting a café. Window curtains stink and blackout is not possible.Conclusion: Never again!

Hello dear people, please please do thisAccommodation not available. If you think youIf you've already seen everything then you haven't been here yet. The toilet cistern was broken and the room was full of cobwebsThe photos are not true.No excuse for the poor treatment of the guests. We were told that we could hand in the key from 6 a.m. but no one was there at reception until 8 a.m. The water ran in the toilet all night so we couldn't sleep. A lady who was also a guest and was pregnant didn't even have soap in the bathroom and had broken towels. Even the supplier couldDidn't unload because no one from the hotel was there.A lady who also had the same problems was able to reach someone from the hotel on the phone and said that she was very disappointed and wouldn't come back. The only answer she got was OK. Unbelievable The money was collected quickly but then the horror began.Please don't do this to yourself. Warnemünde is a great place but accommodation like this ruins the whole vacation.

It says there is parking. Unfortunately not the case, we had to walk 10 minutes with luggage from a parking garage to the hotel and therefore had to pay the parking fees ourselves. There hasn't been a spa for a long time either, so the title of hotel and spa isn't up to date and we were honestly disappointed by that. The apartment wasn't really clean (cobwebs etc). We raised it at reception and expected it to be taken care of. It was noted, but unfortunately nothing happened. At least the breakfast was good

I was only there for one night, a total of 2 days of short vacation, but I was thrilled it was clean, had a nice, large apartment for 2 people and the service was great, nice little breakfast, delicious and sufficientI returned home overjoyed by the location, very central to the promenade, risk of repetition

The hotel was small and cozy and nicely decorated. I particularly liked the “starry sky” in the bathroom and in the main room.The bed was big and comfortable and you could sleep well. The TV also worked. There was a small dining area in the room. There was a sleeping alcove upstairs for two more people, but we didn't need it.The only negative thing about the room was that the hairdryer was broken and the showerhead had too little water pressure. There was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness.The location is very central and close to the beach. Unfortunately it was very difficult to get a parking space and we were only informed about the hotel's parking spaces in the folder when we were already in the hotel.The breakfast was very rich and there was a very large, tasty selection. However, the refrigerator with the fruit and jelly was warm, so they were inedible. In addition, the cucumbers were old and slightly yellow.All in all we would recommend the hotel.

Unclean rooms, animal hair everywhere (especially on the bed) and no WiFi, despite advertising! Despite repeated requests (4 days in a row), responsibility was passed from one employee to another, and NO ONE cared!!! Presumptuous statements that Wi-Fi was not necessary on vacation and that the rooms were available for pet owners were the icing on the cake. Of course we paid full price for everything!!! No appropriate handling of corresponding criticism, false promises and no compensation!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!

We arrived earlier and the receptionist was very friendly. We were able to leave our luggage there. When we parked the car and checked in, we got our room keys. Everything went great. We would like to thank you very much again for that. Highly recommended.

We liked the reception area in the main building and the breakfast room. The buffet was plentiful and there was something for everyone. Friendly staff in all departments. Our room's furnishings were a bit older, but that's a matter of taste. We were able to sleep well.
