We booked the Sündwind apartment in Villa Minerva Warnemünde at the beginning of July. We were really looking forward to it because we have already stayed in another apartment twice. We got the keys to the apartment and moved into it straight away.We immediately noticed that the apartment was unfortunately very dirty and the cleaning service wasn't doing any work. It is doubtful whether landlords sometimes even look at their properties. We had to wash the dishes first because they were sticky and dirty. All the carpets were so dirty that we would have preferred to walk with just our shoes on. In every corner there was dust and spider webs, with their corresponding inhabitants. The bathroom has been renovated, but the shower is moldy and the container for the toilet brush was just disgusting on the outside with deposits from all the previous ones. The balcony is in need of renovation and is dangerous. The floorboards are partially exposed, so there is no wood underneath. The screws stick out and there is moss on them. The furniture is dirty and overall the balcony doesn't invite you to sit.Since there are no curtains or curtains on the windows, it is very bright in the bedrooms and you can see into the kitchen from the neighboring house. This also applies to the stairwell because the entrance door is made of glass and so is part of the kitchen wall. You should also not walk around the apartment lightly dressed. The living room, dining room and kitchen are decorated in very dark colors, which doesn't go well with the poorly functioning light switches. These only work after pressing them several times. We had to leave a small light on in the bathroom at night because there is a step built in right behind the door. Danger of falling! There are no hooks for the towels in the bathroom, you don't even know where to put them. The radiator didn't work, it was cold at times and the towels were wet for a long time. We let the taps soak with limescale cleaner overnight so that at least some water came out and didn't have a splash area of almost a meter. In both bedrooms there are only 140 cm wide beds, which limited our sleeping comfort. All in all, the only thing that stands out about this apartment is the price. The location is good. The apartment is centrally located for strolling, right next to the Neptune and very close to the beach. If the balcony were okay, you could enjoy a partial sea view.We would not book this apartment again and it is not recommended either.

The apartment was filthy, the kitchen was in a catastrophic condition with dirty dishes, dusty cupboards, a rusty toaster with crumbs from the previous one, old socks were in the bedroom, dust and dirt in all the rooms, we had to clean the apartment for hours, wash all the dishes and polishing so that you could even stay in the apartment, the terrace is dilapidated and rotten, chair legs are breaking in, the carpets are covered in stains, the light switch in the kitchen is broken, the bare metal is visible and has been there all week not repaired, the handrail in the stairwell was torn out of the wall, based on our complaint we were offered a follow-up cleaning on Monday (day 3!). Since we couldn't live in the dirt for 3 days, that was unnecessary, a different kind of thing Compensation was never offered, in the office of *Die Warnemünder* Ms. L. became unfriendly and snippy on the phone, after I asked if she could please wait 5 minutes because we were stuck in a traffic jam, which was indignantly rejected and me I was informed in writing that the key would be deposited in the box from the office at the lighthouse for 15 euros, the lady refused to give me the spa cards, even though they had already been paid for in advance, the cards were only deposited after extensive email correspondence, and our 4 names were previously written (at the request of the office), 1 spa card was correct, 2 names were completely wrong, 2 spa cards were completely missing, the parking card for parking in the underground car park (everything was paid for in advance) was with our key without comment, the rude awakening then came on the 3rd day, where we had to pay 32 euros for the exit, after consulting the managing director Mr. T. We were then able to pick up these 32 euros in the office, vacation and relaxation is something different for me, nobody was interested in us anyway to accommodate

Westwind apartment in the top floor with Moroccan charm! The location of the villa is great, not far from the Hotel Neptun and the local beach promenade. The parking garage can be reached in 5 minutes, as can various restaurants. A park and a library are just opposite. The center at the market can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. The villa is well maintained and clean, the attic apartment is something special!!! It is lovingly furnished in African style and is very comfortable. Everything you need is there and even in bad weather you will be happy to stay in this apartment in a good mood. It almost invites you to linger. It's hard to get enough of the stylistic details! There is a point deduction for climbing stairs as there is no elevator. This is of course due to the villa itself, but it significantly limits the group of tourists. So it's only for people who are good on foot.

Very nice, very spacious holiday apartment with high ceilings and wooden floorboards. The bathroom is a dream with its high-quality furnishings. In the dining room with a large table there is a chaise longue that invites you to relax right next to the heating and the large windows. There is also a separate living room with a stereo system, DVD player and television. The fireplace is in between. The kitchen also has everything you need, including a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. The box spring beds are very comfortable and ensure a good night's sleep. By the way, the bedrooms face the side, so you can sleep peacefully despite the location opposite the underground car park entrance to the Kurhaus. Otherwise the apartment is really quiet. The traffic didn't bother us at all. The house is also set back a few meters from the street so that you are not directly on the street. The location is great - it is just a few meters to the Baltic Sea and a few minutes walk through the spa gardens to the church square with its shops. In summary: A highly recommended holiday apartment where you can relax, especially in the cold season.

The apartment Brücke on the ground floor is only for a family. Not advisable for 2 couples as there is a connecting room and the living room cannot be separated from the bedroom. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There are still grease splatters over the stove from the last user. In the bathroom there is only a light bulb hanging on the cable from the ceiling... life-threatening... towel radiator detaches from the wall. The outdated furniture was not cleaned. Cobwebs everywhere. Couch and armchair very worn. There is hardly any cushion left to sit on. A metal bed broken. At least clean towels and bed linen. The location is unbeatable. I hope the owner can work with these tips and is grateful for it.
