The apartment is located in a house in which there are several apartments. The location was perfect for us. Located directly on the beach, it only takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach promenade, but the accommodation itself is still quiet, so you can relax very well. I can only fully recommend it!!

Great holiday apartment right on the beach promenade with a view of the Baltic Sea, the furniture is now a bit old. Our apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything you need. We're always happy to come back.A privacy screen on the side windows would be nice.

A nice apartment with everything you need for a short vacation, clean and well located. A little old, but charming. Located directly on the beach, it is ideal for walks in the sand, by the sea and in the nearby harbor promenade with its many small, cozy pubs and shops

We arrived at the apartment after 6 p.m. and received our key at the Hotel Stoltera. Everything was very clean and right behind the dune, very close to the action in Warnemünde, great, we'll be back.

Great location with views and access to the beach. Very large apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette (including oven, microwave, ceramic hob). This saves you having to search for a restaurant in the evening and you have a great view during dinner! (and breakfast if you don't use the breakfast at the hotel)

One had the impression that the apartment had not been rented for a long time. It was dirty. Spiders and lots of small flies. The toilet brush holder, as well as the cosmetic trolley and the small cosmetic bucket urgently need to be replaced. The balcony door doesn't really close; it opened during the strong storm. I have to say, what a shame!

Clean but a bit old. Furniture no longer corresponds to the times. Couch is totally worn out. Unfortunately the heating was only set to frost-free when we arrived and it was soooo cold in there. The patio door does not close properly on the sea side. The Mercedes car belonging to the spa hotel was constantly coming in the evening until 10 p.m. and was standing in front of the terrace for a long time with the engine running, which made it very restless and made a noise. Dogs possible for €10 per night, parking space for cars €12. At least the leaves could have been swept away at the back entrance. After 4 p.m. arrival you have to check in at the Hotel Stolteraa, a few minutes' walk away. Location great. Even though it is an apartment, you can book breakfast at the Hotel Stolteraa, which is a few minutes' walk away. However, we found the €55 final cleaning fee for 2 nights very expensive, but it was ultimately included in the total booking price, so I think it costs the same no matter how many nights you stay.

You actually have everything you need! The location is really great for such a price. It is clear that compromises have to be made. So we didn't have a parking space at the house and there were other cars in front of our door. But it wasn't a problem per se. You didn't get one far away. The worst thing was the garbage can, which was usually right next to the apartment. Overcrowded, it would first be placed on the street where rubbish such as paper and sanitary towels would be distributed on the ground. Garbage was then placed next to the apartment and the seagulls distributed it finely. Unfortunately it wasn't that great. Nevertheless, we were able to recover well. Warnemünde is very expensive but also always very beautiful.

We had booked a holiday apartment.Directly in the first line to the sea and a little away from the hustle and bustle of the harbor. Beautiful view and still close to the action. And very dog friendly.

Nice accommodation, you have to pay extra for parking. Service is nice and friendly. Otherwise small but quite OK as a holiday apartment. TV, dishwasher and microwave available. Right on the dunes.
