Since 2008, I have been booking my holiday accommodation in the Baltic Sea region of Graal-Müritz exclusively for Beach Summer. What can I say? Absolutely satisfied with the process and the accommodations. An always friendly team. You feel welcome and in good hands. The accommodations have always been great. There is always an open ear for the rare problems or criticism.I have been regularly on holiday there with my dog for three years and the good experiences will make me come back to Strandsommer GmbH as a reliable partner in the future.

Price performance was very good.The organization worked, even though we only arrived on Friday evening. Getting the keys out of the safe was very easy.Nice employees on site.

So to charge a cleaning fee of over €100 and then at the same time demand that the apartment be handed over swept clean, I find it incredibly outrageous! In addition, bed linen costs €18.50 per person, which in my opinion is completely exaggerated. Furthermore, no information was given in advance that the key had to be picked up at the office. Only after we walked 2 km from the train station to the accommodation and asked where we could get the key were we told that it could be picked up at the office (at the train station). The accommodation itself was great, but the price offered by Strandsommer GmbH is a disgrace!

OBJECT FH26 Holiday home. Good facilities, spacious rooms, 2 new, beautiful bathrooms. Unfortunately, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We first had to remove cobwebs and sand. The garden with the two terraces should also be looked after. Weeds everywhere between the stones and on the doors and windows and corners of the house, everything full of cobwebs and leaves. Very quiet and central. Likewise, when we arrived, the toilet paper and soap were almost gone and we had to go out again to get them. The house has great potential if you invest a little more love and maybe a little decoration inside.

FH 23:Disappointment is greater than expected upon arrival.Accommodation with lots of cobwebs, unfortunately mostly quite unclean and, above all, toilet lids totally loose. This means there is a risk of accidents in a very narrow bathroom. Despite several calls to service, no repair or fastening of the toilet seat was carried out. The coffee machine was also more than dirty when we arrived.The employees at Service Graal Müritz were very friendly on the phone, but not helpful in the points mentioned above.

Review holiday home 1b Strandsommer GmbH Graal Müritz 05/25-06/08/24: We were satisfied with the accommodation. Facilities, comfort, location and cleanliness were good. The only problem was the lock on the front door. The keys were difficult to insert into the lock and got stuck considerably. We reported this defect to the Strandsommer office verbally and in writing 2 days after our arrival. The agent on the phone told us that he would place a ticket for the service. After several days we asked in writing because we hadn't heard anything again and the door lock was still stuck like before. Then a call came from the office saying that the lock was OK. There was even a video of the door being opened with the service key. But a service employee would come and show us that the lock was OK. He then came and lo and behold, his key was also stuck like our two keys. He then said the lock needed to be changed. He would speak to the service manager. She called us later and told us that the lock would only be changed if an emergency occurs and the guest can no longer open the door. Then we should call the emergency telephone and they would help us. Now just imagine the procedure in an emergency. The guest tries and tries and can no longer get the door open. The service employee comes and checks. Only then is a locksmith called, who then opens the door. And that will definitely take longer. This is an unreasonable and absolute torture for the guest who is then affected, which Strandsommer deliberately causes by not changing the lock in time before an emergency occurs. From our point of view, this is irresponsible and absolutely inconsiderate towards the guest. For this reason, we will seriously consider whether we will ever book a holiday accommodation at Strandsommer again.

First we went to Graal Müritz, Holiday Park Coastal Forest KWI49.Check-in and check-out went very quickly. Very lovely and nice employees🫶Accommodation was great.Right by the forest. Not far to the beach. First enjoy the forest and then the sea.Once we booked it with Strandsommer, everything was done quickly. The apartment (we had i5 Elmsfeuer) is nice and lovingly furnished, the only complaint is the lack of cleanliness, despite improvements, this is still one star too many.Tip: don't look into the pillowcase.The building looks like it has been water damaged in many places.The friendly beach summer team reacts immediately - but there is no control here - pictures were taken after the repair.
