This is not a hotel but a apartment house. You can rent a room at a perfect location. Ideal for a trip to the sea.

I had a great 2-week stay in the holiday apartment with my child. The location to the S train station is ideal and since the house is a little further back it is quiet. Nevertheless, you can quickly get to the beach or go shopping. Apartment number 4 is completely sufficient. Everything was there, worked, was clean and looked nice. Our highlights were the shared kitchen (nice and always space), the mini fridge in the room and the beautiful rain shower as well as the color concept. Note the very good price-performance ratio. You pay twice as much for a hotel room in the area and there is no kitchen, which is important with children for a quick portion of pasta. Checking in and out with a code is very easy. We thank you for the lovely stay.

We are very disappointed with the accommodation in Twee Linden. We were offered accommodation on the old stream, close to the lighthouse. We ended up on Alexandrienen Straße. The view is a house wall at a distance of 1 meter. The house is contaminated with mold and smells strongly of mildew. Welan doesn't work. The TV constantly has distorted images even though there is no wind or rain. It probably depends on the quality of the bowl. Not recommended ! We will cancel our vacation immediately. You don't feel like looking at the opposite wall of the house anymore. The worst thing is the musty smell from the mold in this house. We don't want to breathe in mold spores anymore, our health is more important to us. The price for the small room is exorbitantly too expensive. This accommodation is not recommended.

We lived in apartment number 7 and were very satisfied. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. Every little detail has been thought of. As a family with two children, we had plenty of space and immediately felt comfortable. The electronic door lock also worked without any problems.

We rented the Darß holiday apartment. Everything you need when traveling with children was there. Very nice clean apartment in a top location. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

DANGER! BEST NOT BOOK!My partner and I booked the accommodation on Alexandrinenstr. at short notice. 104 booked in Warnemünde. We were looking forward to the very centrally located, small but nice apartment and to living in it for a while. However, we quickly lost our joy when we saw the defects in the apartment and noticed that more and more were appearing. The apartment is very central and has a nice bathroom, but unfortunately I have to stop praising it. The furnishings seem thrown together and careless, the kitchen is barely usable and the bed borders on rude. The kitchen is clearly too small and offers no space to cook adequately. On the gas stove, I was shocked when a switch on the gas plate fell into my hand. Someone like me, who has no experience with a gas stove, quickly felt very uncomfortable as it was difficult to determine whether the gas supply had stopped. All walls in the apartment show massive damage. You get the feeling of a youth hostel in the living room. This is particularly reinforced by the crooked TV, the folding chair at the dining table and the long scratches on the wall.Attention to detail cannot be seen here. Now to the bedroom and therefore the biggest problem. Even if we were to look past everything and remember that we are in this apartment "just to sleep", that is simply not possible in this bed without back problems or damage to the bed.The mattress is far too thin, so you can't get in and out of bed properly. You lie almost exclusively on the slatted frame. The mirror cabinet is demolished in many corners and ends! The mirror glass is broken in several places and a door cannot be closed properly. One night in this bed was enough for us to have pain in the lumbar and back areas.I visit Warnemünde regularly and know a few holiday apartments. Unfortunately, I have to say in conclusion that I am disappointed with the price-performance ratio of THE holiday apartment and that I also had an unpleasant experience.THE CORONATION:I immediately reported the damaged stove and my displeasure at Twee Linden the next day. The staff asked me to come later that day. I did this. 2 times. There should be a contact person on site every time. The last time I was just told that I should write an email. I did this. A week and several calls requesting a callback passed before I informed HomToGo about it. Only then (!) did Mr. Linkis take action. He denied all the shortcomings, didn't apologize once and then wrote in the last email that it was my problem because I hadn't booked a 5 star Neptune room.Blaming me for damaging the stove came free of charge. Mind you, I was already told at Twee Linden that the demolished stove was already known. The communication was cheeky and not at all justified. All in all, it wasn't worth the money and nerves. Mr. Linkis is a terrible landlord and incompetent businessman.

The room was as described and shown in the photos, but in mid-December with temperatures below zero, the rooms should be heated. We reported it on the day of arrival, but unfortunately there were only a few nice words. The next morning there were people in the house and said they would take care of it - but the bottom line is that nothing happened. We just got back, it's 9pm and the heaters are cold. We advise against anyone who wants to book here during cooler seasons. Clear rip-off at the expense of the health of their guests.

I was in room number 4 and it was very clean and nicely decorated. However, it is very small. Unfortunately it rained one day and it is definitely too small for that. What bothered me most was that there were two televisions on the wall and there were four programs. I was on vacation in Germany. There are more programs in Turkey. Please make sure that the kettle is regularly descaled in the kitchen. In the beautiful bathrooms you should be able to open the window, otherwise it will soon become moldy.
