Haus Troja is a pretty little guesthouse in Warnemünde. The owners and employees are very nice and accommodating. Everything your heart desires can be reached in just a few minutes on foot (beach, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, shopping). The rooms were lovingly furnished and very clean. After a short consultation, the caretaker immediately took care of small problems such as changing the shower head, which surprised us very positively. The breakfast buffet was also rich, fresh and something for everyone. We'd love to come back!

I can only agree with the positive recommendations here. The rooms are tidy, clean, the breakfast is very good and plentiful, particularly worth mentioning are the scrambled eggs, which are very tasty, and the hearty, friendly service. The location is excellent right next to the park and just a few meters away from the beach. Would love to come back. This hotel is also recommended for guests traveling with dogs, as the owners are very open-minded and the park is directly opposite.

A nice guesthouse, everything is clean. All the employees are super nice. Help everyone if you have a question. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are not up to date. But everything is there and, as I said, everything is clean. We can only recommend the guesthouse.

We were warmly welcomed as guests. The breakfast was brilliant. Very fresh food on the buffet and the coffee selection was also perfect. We were always asked if we liked special requests from the kitchen (eggs boiled, fried, scrambled). The kitchen fairy was a real quick bee 🐝 and very careful that the table was filled up quickly. The entire team at the guesthouse takes care of its guests. It is a family atmosphere. The room was very nicely decorated. The cleanliness in the house is worth highlighting. The beds were cozy and you got your sleep, which is often neglected at home due to stress. When we come back we will try not to climb stairs up to the roof. When you're over 70 and 85, you're already thinking about how often you want to go up.On the day of departure, our suitcase was carried down by a very kind service person. Thanks! Now we just say very warmly ❤️ Thank youStay healthy everyone and we wish you nice guests who appreciate your kindnessBest regards from us two from Köpenick

A small, fine pearl in Warnemünde! Very friendly staff, nice location, right by the park and a two-minute walk to the sea. The breakfast is great with a very appealing and rich buffet, a classic pot of coffee on the table and fresh scrambled or fried eggs - so neither those ever-annoying fully automatic machines nor "whole eggs" out of the bag ;-) The rooms are not too small, good equipped and absolutely clean.

Very nice guesthouse with delicious breakfast. The owners are very nice, respond to special requests and try to fulfill them. The rooms (in our case an apartment) have a maritime design, the kitchen offers everything you need for a vacation. The bathroom is very small and narrow. You actually have to be good on foot to get into the shower cubicle. Despite everything, there were mainly older guests in the guesthouse. We have already drastically reduced the average age. ;-)The guesthouse is close to the beach, parking is available for an additional charge. Our conclusion: We'll be back. 👍
