When I read that the problems were 3 years ago, neither the landlord nor the manager is interested. We really liked the apartment's floor plan, the wonderful terrace and the great location. We also liked the fact that there was a garage to park the car. The interior of the apartment was less beautiful. When we arrived the bed was made up but the back part had collapsed. Since it was already after 6 p.m. and no one was available, we had to sleep in the broken bed/sloping bed. Normally the cleaners should have seen this when making the beds, but they didn't see the dirt around/under the heaters, the bed or in the corners. The next day the caretaker came and built the bed, but it broke at the other end 8 days later. 1 child (6 years old) and 1 adult slept in the bed, so we didn't put any strain on it. There are two different mattresses in the bed, one of which is worn out. The curtain on the window hung down a bit because the closet with its doors that were hard to close was the last highlight in the bedroom. There is a boiler in the bathroom that is ancient. The water temperature varies from boiling hot to freezing cold. When showering you have to be very careful not to get scalded 🔥 or 🥶 become an ice pack. The chairs at the table are made of wicker, but they don't look great either, especially the old smell hits your nose when you eat. Luckily we had our cutlery with us, we wouldn't have wanted to eat any of the cutlery there. The television only had the free channels, RTL etc. was not available. The menu button on the remote control was broken.

Great view, but nothing more. ☹️ Unfortunately this holiday apartment is very worn out. Mold and water damage are clearly visible. Shower so low that only people up to 1.5m can shower. Shower hose torn 😳 Approx. 20 spiders on the balcony 😱😱😱 Rusted balcony furniture. Moss everywhere on the balcony (very slippery). There was only 1 small fork, but 4 small spoons🤔 No cups, just mugs😤 The walls were full of dead creepy crawlies😱 Disgusting. This apartment urgently needs renovation. The apartment was far too expensive for the condition. I wouldn't book again!!!

Great view, agency staff friendly and understanding!The rest is really embarrassing! For the owners!An apartment is rented here that really takes away the joy of your vacation. We cleaned for a few hours first to feel somewhat comfortable. The pictures show more details, I don't want to go into detail here.Very unfortunate...
