DON'T BE FOOLED ON THE APPLICATION BECAUSE THE HOTEL HAS BEEN CLOSED AND NO LONGER WORKING WITH ANY APPLICATIONS. When I came here on July 23rd, it turned out it had closed and turned into a men's boarding house. The father who owns the boarding house also told me that many people were deceived by the application, his father also said that the application still lists the name of the hotel even though it is closed and not working, so don't book this hotel instead of getting tired of looking for it" + loss because you have already paid

The hotel has closed and is no longer operating

When I arrived at the location, I banged on the pager and the bell because it was locked but there was no response, even though the maximum operating hours were 11pm. Waited almost 20 minutes, arrived before 11 o'clock. I knew there was a guard inside because the room light was still bright. Finally I stayed, obviously money was lost & looked for another accommodation. Just be careful if you want to stay here, even though the reviews look good. Obviously the service is bad & booking via OYO is no longer active. I hope this helps

Horrible place!I know there is difference between pictures on Google and reality but this one was edited in an extremely professional way.The room is dirty and unpleasant. We paid 10€ per night but did not even stay there and just left.I can not understans any positive review.If you need a place to stay in Surabaya, do not book this one!

There is a huge difference between the pictures and the reality. The walls were dirty and broken. Horrible smell coming from the bathroom. Interesting construction: the water from the sink in which you wash hands floats directly on the bathroom floor.We decided not to stay there and booked an other hotel immediately.

Good hotelThe room and bed sheets smell very nice, the AC is cold, the TV also functions well, the bathroom facilities are also complete with shampoo, brush, etc.Really like it

Bad experience, there are lots of hotels out there. And this is the worst thing. I regret staying here. And just the first time. Visitors snapped. Visitors are asked to wash the bed linen. Paraaaaaahhhhhh the service. Please don't delete CCTV on 11-6-2022. Let the owner know and teach. How to be a good and correct guard or receptionist. Their group too, our children are afraid and because of fear our children get sick. D, I ask for justice, Mr. Bu, the hotel owner 😢. Here there is no feature for uploading videos. If ad. I'll definitely upload a video. How they shouted at us. We paid there. Not free. And their guests. 😢😢😢

I've stayed here for a job interview while playing, it's really nice, the rooms are really comfortable, the AC is super cold and the owner is very friendly, next time if I go on a solo trip to Surabaya I think I'll stay at this place again. If you're hungry in the afternoon, you can go to the SS next door, just walk
