Each star less like below1 Owner doesn't speak english fluent while on booking page was mantioned that he does.2 Rooms were not cleaned well, dust on floor, but worst rooms were cold. Temperature inside apartment during checking was around 17 degree. Takes couple of hours to heat it up. Moreover heating system was not fully funcional.3. Problem with flashing light inside one of the rooms.4. There were four keys but no one fits the bathroom door.5. Parking 100m far away from apartmnets paied extra 10E a day.Payment only by cash, There are other, better and cheeper apartments nearby so avoid that one if you can.

Best B&B I've ever stayed. The owners are friendly and very helpful. Lovely rooms and amazing breakfast area. Couldn't recommend enough!

Fair price (65€/day for 2 people) with breakfast included. Very friendly host, chatting with everyone at breakfast. Parking on the street is possible, but don't count on available spots.

We, 4 people, two double rooms, arrived shortly after 9 p.m. on Friday evening. There was no one there to complain about the dirty bathroom. I really felt disgusted taking a shower or going to the toilet there. We were then allowed to use the other two people's bathroom as it wasn't hygienic, but a little better than ours.The next day we met an employee and showed her everything. Later that day, Mr. Ikar called. He didn't deny that it was the way I explained it to him. Since the room cost €209 for two nights without breakfast, he gave us a total waiver of €50 for the dirty bathroom. However, the negotiations were “tough”.I'm glad we didn't have breakfast there. The kitchen fairy was probably ill and therefore no breakfast could be offered.Attention, Mr. Ikar only wants cash and he wants it counted exactly! We received a receipt at our request, without which we would not have paid anything. The cleaner actually wanted to accept the amount. Everything is a bit strange.Of course, the good location couldn't completely get rid of the whole theater. There is definitely something better (we had arranged to meet several people in the city and everyone was staying somewhere else). Therefore, unfortunately only this review.

Unfortunately only 2 stars. One for the nice gentlemen at reception and one for the central location.The room is a bit small and outdated for my standards. WiFi works well. The bathroom fittings could also be replaced. There is a 2-5 cm slit under the room door and this means you can see everything that happens in the hallway.For two nights 100€ without breakfast is okay.But I definitely won't be checking in here again.

Nice, furnishings at a private level, payment in cash 🤔 and after “special price for you” it’s still €115 for one night with breakfast. That's far too much for a pension. That `s not worth it.Then prefer the BioHotel with 4* 3 minutes walk for 95€ and good facilities. - definitely remains a unique experience.

Unfortunately, the beds were not freshly made, the shelves in the bathroom and the window sill in the room were dirty, and the windows had obviously not been cleaned for a long time.Unfortunately, the reception wasn't nice, the deficiencies were tried to be downplayed, we were told that the hotel owners were not responsible for it and that we should contact the cleaning staff!!!You can't expect something like that from your guests.We were happy to follow the recommendation “Find something else”.

Unfortunately I was only there for one night, but the guesthouse will see me again the next time I stay. The owner is very friendly, the room was great and modernly furnished, the breakfast was also good.The bathroom was clean, but unfortunately the shower wasn't quite right. The switch lever between normal shower head and rain shower is very loose and unfortunately the rain shower didn't really work. Otherwise I was very satisfied. See you next time!
