The location in the countryside and not far from the coast is very nice. The rooms are also great. Only fly nets would be desirable.

First of all you have to say that the location is really great. It's less than a five-minute walk and you're right on the beach. We love that. About a twenty minute walk away and you are in the center of Boltenhagen.Now to the apartment. We have apartment 4a (Kiel) hereThere is a beautiful balcony from which you can directly see the sea and the greenery. Parasol is also available. Also comfortable chairs with seat cushions to relax.Otherwise everything is quite simple and spartan.Unfortunately everything is very old and outdated.Here and there it could definitely be cleaner.You must bring your own bed linen and towels. It doesn't exist here, which unfortunately we weren't informed about in advance.There are cracks in the walls and cobwebs are omnipresent in the apartment. Some corners are really quite dirty and haven't seen a cleaning cloth for a long time. There are some dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards.The accommodation is probably fine for a few days. However, you should definitely not expect great luxury here. For the price, I would have expected more cleanliness.Facilities are otherwise quite OK. Stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and also a hairdryer are available. There is also a radio, television and WiFi here.The bathroom is okay, but it could have been cleaner.

We are very disappointed with this holiday apartment. Everything is very old, broken and dirty. We felt very uncomfortable and are glad that we "only" booked 4 nights. We haven't experienced anything like that before. Dust, dirt and stains everywhere. The apartment is much smaller than it looks in the photos. Far too small for 4 people and a small child. And for so much money. The icing on the cake was the baby bed, which had mold stains and just stank. There is one point for the location, as it is only 400m from the beach.

About 200m walk to the dog beachto Boltenhagen approx. 1kmApartment and furnishings neat and clean, everything ok.The apartment is good for 2 people, we were more than that is not recommendedThere are quite a few holiday apartments in the house but the walls are well soundproofed. You can do it, but I didn't think it was good value for money.

One point for the location and one point that dogs are allowed. We are actually pretty simple and don't demand any luxury, but for this accommodation (Eckernförde apartment) we all doThumbs down.The apartment is advertised for 4 people, which is not possible at all! The kitchen equipment alone is very limited and there aren't really any cupboards for storage (for 4 people and a dog!!!). It was super dirty, outdated or broken. We've never experienced this before.An absolute disgrace for the money!!!!Despite everything, the landlords are very nice.

The location of apartment 4 is very nice near the Baltic Sea with a view of a large meadow and two balconies to the south and west.The two bedrooms are well furnished, each with a double bed plus a wardrobe. The mattresses sometimes give a bit, but overall they are okay.The kitchen with a dining table and 6 chairs is equipped with the essentials, although the number of kitchen tools could be a little more extensive. For example, there was a lack of kitchen knives. We would have liked to have found flour, sugar and salt - at least in small quantities.But everything was clean and tidy.Overall we felt very comfortable, especially since the area is very beautiful. The cliffs can be reached quickly on foot and invite you to wonderful walks and hikes.We would love to come here again.

Nice area and nice house...The furnishings are very dated. It was dusty there and unfortunately some of the bed covers were stained. There is space for 6 people if 2 people sleep on a fold-out couch and you don't have a problem with nowhere to sit in peace...

We were there for a week and felt very comfortable.Located away from the hustle and bustle in the countryside, you can relax there in peace and quiet.The sea is not far away either.Landlords are friendly and accommodating.All in all a great time.We'll definitely be back‼️

So far the worst apartment I have stayed in with my family on the Baltic Sea.I booked this apartment by mistake and asked to cancel an hour after booking because I didn't like the location.This was rudely rejected on the phone because it wouldn't be worth it given the cancellation costs (after 1 hour of my booking in the low season). So we had to spend the vacation there.The apartment was furnished according to the cheapest price, which was ok, but the heating couldn't be set higher than 20°C and that in the cold autumn. My girlfriend was thrilled and I advise everyone to take a fan heater with them if they want to stay there in autumn/winter.

Disappointment on arrival. The cleaning service had to come first. The landlord was there immediately, but still:Definitely too small for four people.Shower cubicle leaking, couch worn out, bathroom furniture old, seat cushions stained, kitchen cupboards dirty, lots of things unappetizing, sticky. Recommended after major cleaning and renewal of certain furniture or accessories. Location good. Very quiet, but still well located.
