This hotel is close to the water and set in a cosy building. We arrived at 8pm and the staff wasn't there so they had left the keys. The reception area was locked, as was the restaurant. …

The location is very quiet and close to the water.Breakfast was normal.Double bed was sagging. You had to be careful not to slip sideways.Shower was in the corner of the bathroom and very small. You have to be able to afford coffee and cake there. We paid almost 20 euros for 2 cups of coffee and 2 pieces of Black Forest cake.We find that violent. You pay 10 euros per night for the parking space.Unfortunately we couldn't find these prices anywhere. We didn't see or find a restaurant in the hotel. No menu either. We didn't see anyone eating there in the evening, as the hotel was closed from around 5 p.m./6 p.m. in the evening. From this time onwards, the hotel was no longer occupied by staff or owners. That surprised us a lot.

We had 5 wonderful days at Haus Sajons in Plau am See.Very nice, family-run hotel with a fascinating atmosphere.Lovingly prepared, delicious breakfast that left nothing to be desired.A special highlight is the well-stocked self-service refrigerator with a payment glass for a relaxed nightcap in the cozy courtyard. We felt very comfortable and Plau am See is definitely worth a trip.

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were planning to watch the round of 16 of the European Championship when we were expelled on the false accusation of being drunk. This happened without any previous incidents. The way we were treated was constantly unfriendly and inadequate. When we wanted to order we were forbidden from doing so and we weren't even given a Coke. Not recommended!

A recommended hotel in picturesque Plau am See. Enjoy the extensive buffet for breakfast in a comfortable room and then use the atrium to relax with another drink. We would like to highlight the friendly and helpful staff.

A small hotel in the immediate vicinity of the historic lifting bridge. The double room was a pleasant size. The bathroom was a bit small, but completely ok. Cleanliness and condition are very good. Our two nights here were absolutely relaxing. We will be back.Unfortunately there was no breakfast, but in Plau you can get something on every corner.
