We went to Swan Lake yesterday. Around half past two o'clock we were very hungry.We went to the terrace of the hotel and wanted to eat something. Among other things, they had goulash and a soup on the menu. We were allowed to sit on the terrace. Until it was finally 2 p.m. Then we were served in a friendly manner. When I asked about the goulash and the soup. They said no! Instead there was a currywurst for 18.50 euros. With real Dutch fries. The side salad was correspondingly small. Now came the disaster - the soup of the day was a carrot curry cream soup. This was exactly what was on the menu. (Before 2 p.m.)We would like to urgently warn you about the restaurant. This is pure rip off!

beautiful and well-equipped holiday home. 4 bedrooms with king-size beds, a room in the attic with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms. Sufficient crockery and cutlery. Nice hot tub and sauna. The holiday home has extensive facilities and many things are self-explanatory. A fireplace for cozy evenings when the weather outside is bad would be nice, but not a must. There is also a lot in stock for entertainment; Table tennis table, badminton, small goals, indoor games... all around nice, good and a recommendation!

As a family, 6 adults and 3 children, we spent a great week in this wonderful holiday home. We were guests at Haus Schwansee last year and this year it was topped again with the new sauna. 😊 It is an upgrade that perfects the features. The hosts can be reached at any time if you have any questions. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book this great house again and again. 🥰

The Schwansee House is highly recommended. Top-modern facilities (high-quality furniture, every room has a TV, large whirlpool and much more) enough space for 10 people and in a quiet location. Dealing with the owner was very pleasant and any questions were answered quickly. Gladly again at any time.

It couldn't be better - dream holiday apartment with great facilitiesWe (2 families with 2 children each) spent our summer vacation in Mr. Kunze's “dream” holiday apartment in Groß Schwansee. Groß Schwansee consists mainly of apartments, so there is almost no through traffic, but also no shops. The nearest shop is approx. 5 km away. The house (with a thatched roof) is located on the edge of a field, so that you are protected from prying eyes in the garden and no one can look into your living room.The apartment is very stylish and of high quality. Here you can see the “handwriting” of the “landlord”. The apartment is equipped with great attention to detail and technology. The kitchen is fully equipped (with Siemens appliances) and has everything you need for cooking. Almost all rooms (including the bathrooms) have air conditioning and the bedrooms have a voice-controlled TV. The stairs are illuminated and there is a sound box and an Alexa in the living room. Even small things like board games, bath towels for the beach, handcarts, washing machines and dishwasher tablets and much more. was thought. Every evening the garden and the house (but you can also turn it off again) were cleaned automatically. illuminated.The attention paid to high quality can also be seen in the furnishings of the patio furniture and in the selection of the beach chair. Every apartment has a beach chair, but ours had, among other things, “portholes” and placed all the other standing chairs we had seen on vacation far in the “shadow”. This level runs through the entire apartment. Value was placed on quality.The highlight for us was the jacuzzi, which we used very often. We once had problems with water quality. Mr. Kunze immediately offered us help and the problem was solved immediately.The only thing we missed was a folder with operating instructions and what technical equipment the house has. We only discovered Alexa by chance.Conclusion:We felt completely comfortable. We were able to approach Mr. Kunze with any wish/request and nothing was missing. We liked it so much that we would book Haus Schwansee again on our next Baltic Sea vacation.

A dream!!! We spent a week in the beautiful house with 6 adults and 2 children. It was just great. The welcome from the landlord was very friendly and we were very happy to be welcomed into the house with a bottle of champagne, a fruit basket and a treat.We felt very comfortable!Can only recommend it!Thank you for this wonderful time!

The house is highly recommended!Well equipped and everything is very high quality and in brand new condition.The contact with the landlord was extremely pleasant - very nice family!We enjoyed 8 very nice days in the great whirlpool and with very good bread roll service!
