We received a very friendly welcome from the Buchholz family and throughout the rest of our stay you can clearly see that you are hosts with heart and soul. The apartments are beautifully furnished and the garden makes the holiday nest perfect. Klütz is a town absolutely worth seeing and offers a good starting point for activities in all directions (beach, cycling, trips to Wismar and Lübeck). Thank you for the wonderful time.

We have been going to Klütz for several years in a row: it is simply wonderful!The holiday apartments “Am Linden-Brink” (we have already used both) are comfortable, lovingly furnished and well equipped.The spacious garden invites you to linger, the plantings are a feast for the eyes and sports and games are also included (there is a large trampoline, among other things).The very friendly and humorous landlords are thoughtful hosts who make every stay special.We are always happy to come back and can only warmly recommend “Am Linden-Brink” to everyone else!

Individually and lovingly furnished comfortable holiday apartments in the Klützer WinkelThere is nothing missing in the two holiday apartments in the listed house “Am Linden-Brink”!They were modern, comfortable and very tastefully furnished by the owner family.They have achieved the goal of designing the apartments in such a way that they would like to live in them themselves.We felt comfortable and at home in the ground floor apartment “Rosengarten” from the very first moment.The tastefully furnished living room is flooded with daylight through 4 windows. The functional tiled stove complements the 4 radiators, which warm the room comfortably even in the winter months. Throughout the entire holiday apartment, a well thought-out lighting concept ensures optimal lighting at any time of day.The equipment of the modern kitchenette goes far beyond the standard of a holiday apartment. In addition to a stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave, the cupboards and drawers contain almost everything you need for cooking: flour, sugar, coffee, a selection of tea bags, spices and numerous small kitchen aids a holiday start without any problems.The bedrooms have very good beds, plenty of storage space and effective heating - there is even an alarm clock.The spacious bathroom has underfloor heating, a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower cubicle. A heated towel dryer and the illuminated magnifying mirror provide additional comfort.The ground floor apartment has a terrace and direct access to the uniquely maintained rose garden, which is enchantingly beautiful even in the winter months.The private parking space, which is located right next to the apartment, is another advantage - it is just 25 barrier-free meters from the car to the apartment, and only one step leads into the house.The child-friendly furnishings of the holiday apartment are also worth mentioning:There is a second bedroom with bunk beds, the apartment has radio play cassettes, coloring books and pens and in the garden there is a tree house with a slide, swing and trampoline waiting for the little ones.The exceptionally hospitable landlords provide their guests with bicycles of different sizes in summer.Conclusion: The holiday home at Linden-Brink meets all the requirements for an individual, comfortable holiday on the beautiful Baltic Sea coast near Boltenhagen.
