The room is okay for 1 night in transit - far too warm in summer. Old technology, old furniture outdated. When asked, there was a small table fan, but it didn't help. The dining room looked more like a canteen. I didn't feel like I was in a hotel. The service - kitchen staff - waiters - cleaning did everything by one person.!!! Accordingly, attention should be paid to the clothing of the staff!!! (Clean and tidy) If guests sit outside on the terrace and the waitress sits outside on the terrace and smokes her cigarette, that is not possible. The staff should be a role model. Finding good staff is difficult, but that's not possible with the guests.

Unfortunately, the hotel is apparently currently suffering from a spider invasion; they were quite common in the hallways and rooms. Personally, they didn't bother me that much, my companions weren't that impressed. Otherwise everything was ok, breakfast was unfortunately half gone even though there was still 1.5 hours left and wasn't replenished.

We were booked into the hotel for a weekend with our dog.The room was carpeted, which is a real disadvantage with a dog.The dark furniture in the small rooms seems oppressive. The one lampshade on the bed was repaired with hot glue instead of buying a new one. The room smelled musty and despite airing it out, the smell didn't go away. The breakfast buffet was really sadly prepared. One morning there was only apples & tomato mozzarella & the other morning there was only apples & cucumber. No further selection of fruit & vegetables. The parking situation is equally terrible. Too few parking spaces for too many rooms. We would love to come back to Plau am See, but never in this hotel again. The location can only be seen as positive, as you can be in the city center within 5 minutes.

The room was bright and friendly. Check-in was done in a very cool manner. It would be nice if you were informed when checking in that dinner is only possible as a 3-course menu and must be ordered by 4 p.m. We were told very rudely that you could only get something to drink.

We were warmly welcomed, the room is clean and nicely furnished, but very old furniture and very dark. Breakfast wasn't special, but sufficient and sufficient and the staff was very friendly.

Were there twice as a guest with a grandchild. Everything OK.1 point deducted because the extra bed was a disaster. The headboard was 25 cm lower than the rest of the area. You should have noticed when preparing it and only used towels and other things to make it so that our grandchild could sleep.

Clean room, the extra charge for an extra bed was not justified, as the mattress was unreasonable and the headboard was always 20 cm lower. You had to fill the gap with towels, otherwise it would be impossible to lie down.

A smaller but very nice and quiet hotel that is centrally located. It is only a few minutes to the harbor and the old town. The staff is nice and friendly and happy to provide information.Breakfast buffet and evening3-course menus are well received.Maybe we'll come back next year when Polster&Pohl has this trip in its catalog again.
