The hosting organization was excellent, always friendly and assertive while ensuring contact- and flawless transaction (even during Corona induced restrictions). The houseboat was well prepared, clean and marvelously located, fully matching the pictures on the web page. We had some great days on board and vastly enjoyed our stay.We will for sure consider WELL-Hausboote for any future vacation plans.Special thanks to Anijli who really is a charm (even ensured we receive an item left behind).

This is the second time we have been here and how can I say it is simply fantastic. We were on houseboat 10 and always had a good view of the boats. Nevertheless, there are negative points such as that the shower has no real pressure (stupid for those who have long hair). Or that the internet doesn't really work because it's just a hotspot and you either have no internet reception at all or you're always kicked out of the WiFi and you have to log in again and again. You could attach an external router to the houseboat and thus increase the internet quality and make it more stable. All in all a very nice houseboat. We will definitely do it again next year.

We really enjoyed two nights on one of the Well houseboats. Very clean. Everything makes a clean and fresh impression. The cell phone network isn't the best (poor reception) and we couldn't use the WiFi because it wasn't displayed. But we didn't think it was that dramatic. The absolute silence in the harbor was also surprising. Sitting on the terrace of the houseboat in the moonlight can be very romantic 😊👍🏼🥂🍾

What should be emphasized is the "flood" of information (meaning positively) before arrival. Well-kept interior - which I would particularly like to mention the cleanliness upon moving in. Two things that somewhat cloud the generally good overall impression.The parking lot at the winter halls. When we parked our car on Saturday we were obviously lucky. There was still one place available. Which doesn't necessarily have to be the case on weekends. Place is really full. No assigned seats.The free WiFi. A disaster to say the least - especially on weekends, when access to the server obviously increases. Often drops out, makes several, often unsuccessful, attempts to get back online. The port office was happy to help as much as possible. The server would still benefit from being expanded.

We will be back!The four of us spent a long weekend on the boat and we are thrilled. Even though the weather wasn't always good, we had a great time. Check-in was easy and we settled in quickly. You can sit comfortably together in the living room and enjoy time on the terrace in the sunshine.The beds are very comfortable and everything you need is there.Just the thing to relax and enjoy!

They were very wonderful and relaxing days. We (family with 2 children) felt very comfortable. It was very clean and quiet. There was everything you needed in the houseboat. Being woken up in the morning by the warm rays of the sun and having breakfast on the terrace, watching sailing ships sailing out. Enjoy the sunset in the evening with dinner and a glass of wine. Since we had a clear night, it was nice to watch the stars. We received a lot of information about the place and excursions beforehand, which enabled us as a family to have a very nice family time. The summer vacation is reserved here again

The disadvantage is that the parking lot is further away than the stated 200 meters. The distance from the boat to the parking lot may be too far for physically disabled people. It would be nice if you could rent the harbor master's short-term parking spaces.

The boat was super beautiful and lovingly furnished.The cleanliness inside was good, but the outside area was very unclean and not at all lovingly designed.It was absolutely impossible to get up on the upper deck, there were so many old spider webs and dirt, it wasn't nice at all.

Houseboating is a special experience. The view of the harbor when you wake up in the morning is unique and incredibly beautiful. The glazed facade offers a great all-round view. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 children.The houseboat is air-conditioned and heated. So we didn't freeze even in bad weather.The furnishings such as bed linen and towels were a bit old.Unfortunately, since the houseboat is in the harbor, you are not allowed to swim or sub ride from there. The nearby Weiße Wiek beach is small and pebbly. There is a shuttle bus to the main beach in Boltenhagen.The landlord and port office were very nice and helpful.We did an introductory sailing trip and will switch to a moving boat next year. :-)
