Actually nice houses, BUT very poorly maintained. Walls and ceilings covered in stains, strong dog smell,... Could be nice if some love was put into it. Unfortunately, this is what the whole system looks like. 5*, but you had to make your own beds. Stars are just for features.

We stayed in one of the ultra-modern, newly built chalets for a long weekend. Everything was neat, clean and to our satisfaction. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a beautiful environment, this is the right place for you. In 30 minutes you can be in Schwerin and in 45 minutes you can be at the Baltic Sea.The attached hotel and restaurant are also highly recommended. Anyone who likes horses is in particularly good hands here.

We spent our family vacation in a chalet and were unfortunately very disappointed.4 p.m. is written everywhere on the internet that you can check in and then you are told in a rude manner by a very unfriendly employee that it will take about 20 minutes because the chalet hasn't been cleaned yet. 30 minutes later we went back to reception and were told again that we had to keep waiting, the beds weren't made yet and they were still cleaning, wow we thought there must be flashing and flashing, after another 30 minutes we finally got a code for ours Chalet and were full of joy to finally be allowed in.When we opened the door we were completely overwhelmed for a moment, but then came the first hammer. We had to put the beds on ourselves (what a bear we were forced to do), then as we continued to walk around and explore the chalet we noticed a lot of dirt and dust ... what was cleaned here? So we went back to the reception in the castle to ask what was happening, but in vain we looked for an employee for 20 minutes and couldn't find one.So we had no choice but to use the vacuum cleaner ourselves to at least remove some of the dust and dirt from the previous tenant. The dishes in the chalet are also counted so that you have to wash them after every meal. 😞Mosquitoes etc. are smashing all over the walls in the rooms. Disgusting, cobwebs, dirty door frames, you don't want to use the microwave, the kitchen fronts are full of fly droppings, the windows are completely dirty and have never seen a rag since they were installed, which is sad.The terrace was beautiful but dirty. Why don't you make sure that everything is to the satisfaction of the guests so that they feel comfortable here, because the outdoor area is worth seeing, as is the petting zoo, horse stable, kcoupling etc.Animals certainly feel more comfortable here than people. It's really sad that you have to give such a bad review even though the surroundings are wonderful.Dear TeamWe can only give you good adviceChange something about it urgently.

We spent very relaxing and at the same time active days as a family in a chalet in the Bernsteinreiter facility in Wendorf. The focus for us was on the riding offer, which had just started.Pros:+ well-kept complex, modern holiday homes with lots of space+ dedicated and very friendly staff+ extensive riding options, lots of horses+ great spa area, useful sports area+ very quiet location, but not far from good excursion destinations+ overall very good concept with a lot of potentialNeeds improvement:o All things are still under construction after the lease has been taken overo Planning of riding units and processes is still unpracticedo Horses not yet used to their surroundingso Gastronomic offer on the lowest flame (which is why we didn't take advantage of it)Overall, we would recommend a trip here; after the next stay (we'll be back), an upgrade to five stars will definitely be necessary. Until then, we wish the team all the best for the next steps!

We rented one of the modern holiday homes. The houses are very beautiful, high quality and extensively furnished. Bed linen, towels, enough tabs for the dishwasher; Microwave, stove, coffee maker, even washing machine and iron are there. There was nothing to complain about. However, there are a few points of criticism, and unfortunately they reinforce the impression that what was wanted was not possible. The resort wants to be a 5-star facility, but unfortunately it's not enough. On 3 out of 4 days the internet didn't work due to a defect.Towels were too few and of quite poor quality.Too few cutlery and crockery. The hotel and restaurant were completely closed, so no employees were seen. Reception open half days, some days not at all.The village, now half owned by the hotel company, is not particularly open to holiday homes and their holidaymakers. In many gardens there are protest signs against more holiday homes.Anyone who doesn't come here to golf or ride is lost. There is absolutely NOTHING in this area.Certainly okay for the winter prices, but I wouldn't vacation there again in the summer for the prices then in effect.

In combination with our stay at the Schlosshotel we tried a chalet, which was a great idea. The first days my wife and I in a Suite in the 5* castle and after the new and modern holiday home together with our children. Excellent location to discover the area, but surrounded by nature to enjoy quiet moments away from everyday stress. All the staff were very nice, we ate too well at the restaurant (coming from Italians!!). We can't wait to return to reunite with family in this wonderful place! Thank you all

Unfortunately, our experiences at the MV 19412 resort were not as satisfactory as we would have liked from a holiday home in this price range (or from a LUXURY chalet, as we read on the website after our holiday).Starting with a house that wasn't finished on time for the arrival time (for which, mind you, there was a coffee on the house) to tons of flies in the house (which could possibly be solved with mosquito nets on the windows), unmade beds, sheets that were too small (only fit over them Topper of the boxing bed - the lower mattress was "bare" the whole time), broken zippers on bed covers, missing hand, floor and kitchen towels, a non-existent guest folder, an overflowing vacuum cleaner and defective patio doors that constantly come off the rails jumped. It felt like the hotel staff - and especially the (actually very friendly) building technician - were on our mat every 5 minutes.Unfortunately, the kitchen in our holiday home was anything but well equipped. There were exactly 5 forks, knives, spoons, plates, glasses, etc. - which means that we actually had to wash up completely after every meal or run the large dishwasher with a few plates. If we wanted to use a few small spoons in addition to the meal (e.g. for eggs, jam or other dips), unfortunately that wasn't possible - there were only 5 spoons... We also found the kitchen appliances to be simple rather than luxurious. What a shame! Because the pretty terrace and the beautiful living-dining area definitely invite you to cook and enjoy together with friends or family. In addition, we were surprised that there were very few options for hanging items - especially in the bathrooms there was not a single hook on the walls and in the wardrobes there was exactly 1 (!!) hanger. We briefly considered ordering more hangers, but housekeeping had already been to us five times and, to be honest, we eventually got tired of it...I'm not a big fan of criticism and negative reviews on the Internet and would have liked to have had the feeling of being heard on site. Unfortunately, the hotel's complaint management was anything but accommodating. Our "suffering" was listened to in silence - there was no apology (either verbally or in the form of any other small compensation). And the question about the satisfaction of our stay upon departure, which is usually part of the standard repertoire even in simple hotels? Unfortunately it wasn't even asked! We hope that this really beautiful place will be improved more than a little in the future, so that these "luxury chalets" will actually become more than just a simple holiday home with many quirks somewhere in Mecklenburg...

Great, if not exactly inexpensive, holiday homes. Good internet reception in the houses. This is also necessary because cell phone reception is only possible sporadically. The service in the complex is super friendly and very accommodating.

WOW - this place is just incredibly beautiful. Pure nature as far as the eye can see. I wanted to move into the chalet straight away, it was so fresh and new, everything was made of wood. Gladly again!
