Gluten tag !It was a true pleasure both to stay in the townhouse and to enjoy the evening dinner which was an elegant mixture of German and international cuisine!Outstanding quality and deliciousHighly recommended and make sure to walk down around the harbor area and the tower of the cathedral- nice place - nice town - nice people

Wonderfull hotel. Very nice staff. The facilities (rooms, gym, sauna etc) are way better than the price indicates. I have stayed in hotels not even half this good which did cost 50% more...

PRO: Nice view and location. Con: Staff were rude. Hotel soap and body soap had run out. Shower was clearly not set up right as whenever turned on wouuld trust and spray onto wall, no way to have spray straight forward - so I had to hold and shower over myself. A cleaner walked into room at 8.30 in morning while I on phone naked. I had checkout until 12 - what is this hotel doing cleaning before 9am and just coming into guests rooms that haven’t checked out. I am most annoyed that I told these issues at checkout when I was asked if everything was ok and the girl just said oh, do you want a receipt - didn’t care, say sorry or anything. So chances of them fixing are low to nil. Oh and you will get plenty of emails about checking in online and checking out online - which is redundant as there isn’t a place to leave your key so you still need to wait at desk (I waited ten minutes for customer in front). And why I need to check in online and do their job for them is beyond me. Wasn’t a choice but mandatory.

Guest only stayed for one night, but everything made a good impression. Quiet location at the back. Great location on the market square. Didn't have breakfast there because at €22 it was a bit steep. Would recommend it without reservation!

A really great hotel for cyclists. There is no bicycle cellar like this anywhere in the world - at best in the Netherlands. Take the elevator up the stairs. Lockable bike boxes and charging area for battery and charger. Worth mentioning: There are enough towel hooks in the bathroom (more than four!). Extremely friendly and considerate staff. Extremely commendable!

We were only there for one night because we drove to Wismar quite spontaneously. The location is very good, the hotel is nice, the food in the restaurant there was very, very tasty!The service made my extra wishes come true... really, really great.And the city center and the shopping street around the market square are beautiful! So many beautiful houses!However, this hotel was also very expensive, we paid 200 EUR for one night, with 2 people in a double room, which I found very steep. And the food was also very expensive.But well, we treated ourselves to the luxury once.

The townhouse impresses with its central location right on the market square where you can park for free at night. The rooms are a bit old, our room was very spacious with a view of the market square. The employees were all very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good and everything was available. Egg dishes were freshly prepared. The food in the restaurant (Austrian cuisine) also tastes very good.

Very nice, well-located hotel on the market square in Wismar. Very clean, nice staff and Kalle our dog was also welcome. Parking garage at the hotel, attached Austrian restaurant with the possibility of sitting outside. Fine selection of food and drinks and very tasty cuisine. The restaurant serves breakfast in the morning, a very good selection with everything your heart desires. We recommend it and would book again.
