The owner kindly greeted us when we arrived. The rooms were clean. Free parking on site is nice. However, their website is outdated. The nightly rate has increased and they will not honor the price on their website (20-23 eur per person). They charged us 30 euro per person. They tried to tell us this on the phone, but our German is not great. Please update or delete your website. There was no wifi available. The sheets are very scratchy and uncomfortable.

Stayed here for one night. The owners are very friendly. More or less clean. The room is certainly not a hotel room, it looks like a grandmother in the village visiting)) Toilet and shower are shared on the floor. There was a TV, but it didn't show anything, a sink in the room, a refrigerator, a fan. Free Wi-Fi. There is an electric kettle and a microwave on the floor. Free parking for cars, in 300m Aldi, Kaufland, Rossman, various cafes. All disadvantages are covered by the price. I paid 50€ for the room, but they have cheaper ones for 30€, but they were already taken. And this is the cheapest price in the area.

Some time ago we were on our way to vacation.We slept there one night and then traveled further.Room was functional and completely okay.The Leopold couple are very nice.We'll definitely come by again.

Well it may be, I'm frugal. Bathroom in the hallway, large, bright and clean. Rooms large, bright and clean. And yes, the house is on the connection between Pfaffenhofen and the A9 Schweitenkirchen. Anyone who wants to stay overnight here has to be able to deal with traffic. Nice older couple who run the whole thing despite their pension. I'm happy to give 5 stars for the performance 🌟

The four of us wanted to stay in room 2 with our two adult children. Unfortunately, most of the posts about this guesthouse are correct: ancient furniture, too hot under the roof in summer.Beds terrible with ancient pillows. The very small bathroom with toilet behind a folding door. And the flush is very loud, an impossibility, especially at night. The old lady was very annoyed, even called someone without asking. And then the whole thing is supposed to cost €100 per night!Therefore our advice: stay away!

I called there today and asked if you had a 4-bed room. The (nice) lady on the phone said yes for the time being and that they were definitely foreigners because there were four of them. And if they work in Munich it's too far. What else can you say about that? A bit xenophobic?

Loud, loud and loud again. The guesthouse is located directly on a road that is very busy, even at night. Even with the windows closed, it is very loud in the rooms. The rooms under the attic get very hot in the summer. Very old, worn furniture.

There is no wifi, it is not cleaned. No field strength. And the old woman who is the owner, who walks into the rooms, doesn't even bother if the tenant is sleeping or doing anything else.
