Worst hotel ever been to. People been so racist

When we were asked whether we, as fitters who arrived at midnight, could have a coffee when checking out in the morning, we were extremely ticked off! The lady said you didn't book breakfast!!! It also took 20 minutes for us to receive our invoice. There is hair on the floor in the room, we will definitely not book this hotel again, as we know B&B hotels that have different standards. Absolutely not recommended.

Small, functional rooms (was known). Very clean.The water we ordered was not in the room but had to be picked up in person. Staff will call back within a short period of time upon request.Breakfast was booked, but could not be used because the breakfast room only opens at 6:30 a.m. Unfortunately, this was not apparent beforehand. So paid €12 for free.Plenty of parking spaces right next to the hotel.

Recently taken over by B&B. Previously Ibis Budget. As the nice lady at the reception told me, the renovation/adaptations are not yet finished. A lot still needs to be done here. I've never had a room like this before: shower and sink right in the room. Luckily at least the toilet had a door. I would find the solution with the loft bed directly above the double bed interesting.A hotel bar would also be nice, instead of the drinks and snacks machine.The price of €66 was reasonable.

Booked 2 nights with breakfast. If you're just in the hotel to sleep, it's completely sufficient. Our room was also clean. For the money we paid you can't complain. But everyone has their own experience. If you look for defects you will always find something. Staff is very friendly

The observations of the existing 2-star review are correct. However, there was a socket for the charging cable on one of the two beds and there was also hot water at night.Overall, my rating is more positive because I find the twin room relatively large for a budget hotel and the furnishings/layout were fine for me.What should be positively highlighted is the helpfulness of the lady at reception (I made a mistake when making the booking reservation) and the quality of the breakfast. Breakfast is to be expanded with the conversion of the former Ibis Budget into a B&B hotel.What was irritating was the automatically generated email that you had to register a breakfast 3 days before the trip - shortly after I made the reservation in the afternoon for an overnight stay on the same dinner with breakfast. In fact, it was then no problem to receive a breakfast.

Great staff, otherwise pretty flop!When I booked, I guessed from the only symbol images that it might be. is a former IBIS hotel, which may be does not correspond to the actual “B&B hotel standard”.This was confirmed on site.The building and the hallway look a bit old. The rooms are a bit smaller compared to the usual B&B hotels and are more like a ship's cabin.The bed and the furnishings themselves are relatively up to date. The mattress and bed linen were great.I also noticed the following things, both positive and negative:1) Bathrooms and room amenitiesThe bathroom is not separate and is integrated into the room. The shower cubicle is also relatively small and narrow compared to normal B&B hotels.A very significant shortcoming, however, was that I could only take a cold shower at 11 p.m. in the evening because the water in the shower was ice cold even at the highest setting - an absolute NO-GO in a hotel!!!The next morning the water was normally warm/hot....I also noticed negatively that there were no sockets at the bed to charge the cell phone, only at the desk far away from the bed... This is also a no-go for me these days, as many people use their cell phones as an alarm clock or want to use an empty cell phone in bed at the end of a long day...2) Check-inI received a call from the receptionist at around 10:15 p.m. informing me that checking in at the machine was not possible due to technical difficulties and she therefore gave me my room details over the phone....Kudos for this, because that is not a given! In terms of service, it's 1a!But when we got to the hotel there were problems! The entrance door could not be opened with the access code that I received over the phone and also found in the app. Shortly after me, other guests followed with exactly the same problem...Thank God two guests came outside at exactly that moment and left the hotel, so we finally got into the hotel...In my opinion, this is also an absolute NO-GO! If you offer this service with “24-hour check-in” even outside reception opening hours, then everything has to work perfectly from a technical point of view!Conclusion: Overall, unfortunately only 2 stars for me, as the hotel is considerably worse than other B&B hotels and, in my opinion, had too many deficiencies, which are an absolute NO-go and are the first and hopefully last time I have encountered B&B hotels are.... Last but not least, the room cost €64 for one night and is therefore sometimes even more expensive than the classic B&B hotels with much better rooms, better facilities and generally no major defects.....Unfortunately, I personally cannot recommend this hotel. Major renovations are needed here so that the hotel meets the "normal" B&B hotel standard....

You almost have to be ashamed that such rooms are even allowed. This hotel has nothing to do with B&B.The furnishings almost border on the Middle Ages.In a room for 2 people there was only one chair. The shower was in the bedroom and the pressure of the shower left a lot to be desired.The sink that was also in the bedroom didn't even have hand soap.The toilet, which was as small as a shoebox, had a light that turned off by itself after a few minutes and a flush that only worked to a limited extent.There were also spiders and their webs over the beds, which were harder than a table. Cleanliness is not the top priority here.For me it was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Once and never again, a shame for the money!!

Ideally located for Würzburg and the surrounding area with enough parking space, including for assembly vehicles. Unfortunately, with the change, the bill didn't work and more could be adjusted. It is always difficult to distinguish between the company address and the guest name, and not only in this hotel. The guest's name is written as the company name in the invoice header. An invoice head can't be that heavy!?.T.H.
