I recently stayed at this hotel in Berlin, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative. From the moment I arrived, issues kept piling up. My room wasn’t ready at check-in, and when I finally got access, I found an outdated and poorly maintained room without air conditioning. The noise from outside was unbearable, with loud music blasting all day, making it impossible to rest.The bathroom was a disaster. The toilet and shower drains were clogged, causing water to back up and creating an unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, the bathroom fan malfunctioned and was stuck in active mode, constantly whirring and adding to the noise. I had hoped to take a nap in the afternoon, but with the loud fan and music outside, rest was out of the question.After just two frustrating hours, I decided to leave. By 7 PM, I had booked another hotel for the night, as I couldn’t imagine staying here any longer. For anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and restful stay in Berlin, I highly recommend choosing a different hotel.

Very nice. Rooms on the street side super loud, like cannot sleep for two days straight loud. Service is good and front desk staff super friendly and helpful.

Nice location and good service. The reception is off after 8pm so gotta be aware of that. The room was not bad but the bed sheet was not clean. There was some black dust on the bed sheet. Reasonable price! The picture is the tube station that the hotel is near to.

Staff doesn't speak English or German well. They are very friendly though and trying their best. The rooms are lovely if you like to sleep in an old 1900s building. The location is super noisy and there is nothing to block out the sound. Additionally, all of the furniture is old IKEA furniture. The towel that I used ripped on first use when trying to dry off and the bed was not comfortable.There are better options in Berlin for similar price ranges. No commodities other than WiFi.

The hotel was beautiful and spacious. The interior design was stunning, and the common areas were well-maintained. The room itself was large and provided ample space to move around comfortably. The bed was luxurious and inviting. I enjoyed the feeling of openness and freedom that the hotel provided.

A really nice hotel ! So calm and comfy ! You can find places to eat near from it and also you’re from subway station so it’s great. You are welcomed so well. People who work there are professional and are so nice! Thank you again !

Rooms with windows from the street side are extremely loud! The hotel itself is nice, people are helpful, but the noise going through old windows is a killer. No AC so sleeping with a window open is the only chance to survive

Good value for money. The hotel is conveniently located, my room was quite spacious, and even though it was on the ground floor it was quiet at night. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable, and I feel like the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. Overall it felt like quite a good option for short stays and business trips.

Not very impressed with this hotel:Rotten egg smell in our room, we told the reception, told us its not her problem 🤷♂️Cold shower in the morningCurtains too small for windows, leaving a lot of light in the room from outdoor lights.Very hot in the room even tough it was oktober due to thick warm water pipes running through room.Not a lot of parking space.very bouncy cheap beds.
