Honestly if you want to enjoy your stay in berlin don't go here. Especially not if you come with a girl since it's really dirty. After the first night we booked another place to leave asap. First of all the owning company let us wait over an hour outside. They kept telling us they would be there in 5 mins. The wifi doesnt exist for the room. There were hairs on the bed. The building looks old and ghetto. The shower screen has lots of spots on it that look gross. The floor looks old and dirty, just like the whole apartment. The kitchen items were dirty too. Can't recommend!! Do yourself a favor and book a nicer place!

I am a frequent traveler, and I do have to say that this apartment has the worst service I ever encountered in my life.We were with a group of six, split over two apartments for three people. For the arrival we told our contact person we'd be there at 17:00. A few minutes in advance he calls us and tells us that he's 30 minutes late. 30 minutes later, he calls us and tells us he's 30 minutes late again. Half an hour later, he yet again tells us that he's 30 minutes later. He gives the reason to be an "accident", but there was nobody to take over from him. This is a pattern in this apartment: deliberate understaffing and breaking their own promises, and just saying sorry to get out of responsibility.Inside the room, there is a leaflet pasted on the door, saying that if there is a problem, we should call IMMEDIATELY (in capital letters). The first morning, we discovered that the drains for the baths in both apartments were leaking quite badly, to the point where both bathrooms were flooded. First of all this is something that should not be possible with good maintenance. A leak here and there is fair enough, that happens. But when both have the same issue, this is a sign that they never really do anything. In any case, we call immediately after we discover this: and the number they provided is out of service. Not even a voice mail, the number just doesn't exist. Even after 10am there is no way to contact them, and only somewhere in the afternoon we can get a hold of someone. He tells us that he'll get someone to fix the drains in one hour. That evening, around 20:30pm, we come back and nothing has changed. We call again and they tell us that they have been busy, and they say that they have only one handyman for a series of 40 apartments. No business owner in their right mind would employ so few people, let alone refuse to hire anyone extra in cases of emergencies. In any case they promise to send the handyman the next day at 09:00am to our rooms to fix it. The next day, nobody arrives. In fact for our entire stay nobody comes in to fix it.I managed to reach them a total of 8 times. Only twice out of those eight times of them did they keep their word. Apart from that it was a string of broken promises and dodged responsibilities. These guys should not be able to host these apartments because their whole business model depends on understaffing to the point where your only service will be getting your key.

The Google adress is incorrect. The apartments have good public transport comunication, you have a train station at the door. The bed is not very confortable but its ok. Finally, the heating system are wonderfull

Never again!!! The entire apartment and stairwell were very unclean. Big dust flakes everywhere. No storage space in the bathroom, no towel racks. Read through beds. Outdated furniture. Everything behind the bed and the pictures hanging there are dusty. Kitchen outdated and appliances totally dirty. Key doesn't fit properly. The only advantage is that you can reach everything quickly. Absolutely not recommended, too expensive as a gift!

The images shown on the internet have nothing to do with the real apartment. We spent two days calling to confirm our reservation, they never picked up the phone for us or Booking. The day we had to enter, the owner arrived 30 minutes late, making us wait on the street and when he arrived he didn't apologize or anything, he opened the door for us, gave us the keys and left. The bed base was broken and the Wifi that we had paid €20 for did not work. We called him but he never picked up the phone. Finally we had to sleep on the floor on 10cm mattresses. The staircase of the building had a torn garbage bag on our landing for a week and no one picked it up. The worst experience with an apartment I have ever had.

The photos do not correspond to reality. The beds are comfortable but everything is super old. Insufficient kitchenware for three. Bathroom from the time of the Third Reich. The good thing, the metro station nearby. The owner was very friendly.

It doesn't deserve a single star. I would not recommend it to anyone, I felt scammed, nothing to do with the photos or the services offered, it is a block of private apartments that some owners rent. To find them they don't even have the name. Cold and bland apartment. Dirty, the bathtub and the curtain made it disgusting to shower there. The kitchen better wash everything before eating. Luggage storage is offered but does not exist. A disappointing experience.

The advertising on the Internet is deceptive, because the apartment on the 5th floor, Nürnbergerstrasse 3, is furnished with old and worn furniture, kitchen furniture is old and unclean, kitchen utensils are cheap and not sufficient, no additives such as dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, etc., not enough lighting in the living room , no shelf in the bathroom, no towel rails, balcony not usable, flood and stairwell in an unkempt condition. We can only advise against renting this apartment!

The apartments are very conveniently located right next to the Augsburger Straße subway station. The equipment in our apartment was sufficient (with only small defects). The apartment was clean. The contact when handing over the keys was also nice

Good location. Same vs. Subway station and not far from KaDeWe, Kurfürstendamm and zoo. Unfortunately pretty dingy. You had to wash everything yourself first and for allergy sufferers there was a lot of house dust.
