The pillows were extremely soft but my head just wasn’t high enough with just one||The bed sheets were so thin I’d give them to my dog could not get warm or comfortable. …

The staff was unhelpful. When I arrived there were 2 people at the desk, both with very poor English. Did not try to help with a problem with the reservation, were only interested in charging extras. Would not recommend.

This hotel really sucks. Our rooms were expensive as it was during the exhibition so prices were inflated. My room had human hair on the bed which is disgusting, the pillows are terrible, the guy on reception has never smiled in his life, the breakfast was terrible. Just don't stay here, it really sucks.

Good location for a cheap price but quite a bad hotel. Our whole room incl cushions and bedding (nr. 14) smelled like smoke. The smoke alarm was not attached to the ceiling so people can smoke in the room. I would not recommend.

Basic hotel Didn't pay for the Ritz but rooms where cleaned everyday, good shower and comfy bed. Tea making facilities but no coffee supplied. We had room only but didn't see anybody taking breakfast. Hotel was close to bus stop from airport. Take the 721 bus it was €3 each and you must wear a mask.A good walk to the shops and shopping centre ( at least a mile.) Shops didn't open on sunday.

First I have to say that I only stayed one night in this hotel, but that is probably the maximum amount of time you want to spend here.||The hotel does not have WiFi connection, at least it is not working. …

Good location. 10 minute walk to trains and trams nearby. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was buffet style with lots of options; breads, cheeses, meats, fruit, cereal yogurt and fried food, sausages, eggs ect. …

Worst hotel experience of my life. We didn’t stay after seeing the room and left the hotel right after arrival. Dirty sheets, floors, walls, bathroom, simply everything. Didn’t feel safe. Would never recommend to book this hotel to anybody!!! Nevertheless Tonie from the reception did anything he could and did a great job!!!

WORST NIGHT EVER. The room was not cleaned. Really dirty bathroom, used towels and sheets, empty beer cans. And no one to complain to, because we noticed only after 11pm and the front desk isn’t staffed overnight. I checked in during my lunchtime on an event-day Saturday and immediately returned to the venue without going up to check the room. When I and my coworker returned after midnight, tired and exhausted from the day, we found the room dirty. A real nightmare, and even in the morning there was no one to complain to, because the staff present was „not responsible“. She told me I should write and email and explain the situation…. Because we had to get to the train I couldn’t wait for the mysterious manager to show up, either…

Horrible experience with them. First time I’m seeing a hotel closing at 11am and doors were locked and I was stranded outside. Called their number and the guy wasn’t considerate at all. Hotel isn’t even up to standard. Should worth about €30. My advise, only use this hotel as your very last resort
