I had very good stay with no problems at all. My room was in ground floor Room no 3 so I will just speak for my experience there.The room was very clean not a single stain anywhere. The bathroom was also clean with shower Gel , Hand wash and Tissues, Shower Matt.Room had a big window looking at the backyard which was openable. Heater was working fine. I did not turn on the tv. The room was spacious enough with kettle for boiling water. Tap water as per the reception is not drinkable but then I had consumed it after boiling and I’m still alive. The quietness of the stay depends on your neighbour’s senses. When I had come on the morning to keep luggage I was hearing loud music right from the reception which was being played on first floor. Some brain less boys.WiFi was fast enough to back up photos on GoogleThe reception is available only after 2pm. They won’t pick calls till then. The entrance door will be locked and there won’t be anyone to open it. I was lucky that it was open when I had come at 8.45am so I could go inside and keep my luggage. Also I couldn’t find anyone for 5 mins after going inside then a lady came in to help out. So I did not have much trouble.Reception is not 24 hours and I there was no way to reach service as far as I know. I did not require any service. There was hot water and everything worked just fine.Located close to station but u need to walk for 16 mins .I got free coffee though from the reception. They had coffee maker powder so it was a save for me on my morning and evening coffee expense.

I paid for 5 nights. I had to leave after 2. I asked for a refund and they refused. Which is unacceptable. The hotel and bathrooms smell. There is nowhere to park. I will never come back here. Don't be fooled about a dream hotel

To be honest the bathroom was super dusty, and the room was noisy. The hallway smelt really weird, like an old home, and the pillows were so high that my neck hurts. On top of that the walls are really thin so I couldn’t sleep the first night due to inappropriate sounds coming from the room next to me, and the school in the morning was so annoying.Overall, clean which good, and easy service to pick up keys etc. but not ideal

The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are many faulta with the rooms. The bed is too noisy, there’s no kettle inside the room (you have to go downstairs to get it), internet is not working at all. No soap provided by the hotel.

Very good place to stay if you don't want to splurge on accommodation. Rooms are a bit small, but comfortable, clean and have all the basic necessities. The location is great, and wherever you can't walk you can easily go by public transport because the main station is only 10 minutes away by foot.

We were in a hurry trying to find a hotel for the night, and we were very lucky to manage to land a reservation here. The rooms were very clean and private, which is always a plus. They included linen sheets and towels. We stayed on the sixth floor, and the view from up there was fantastic. Really, we had a great time. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, too!. Great place.

Stayed at dreams Düsseldorf for two nights and it wasn’t the greatest. The room was fine, definitely looks better in the pictures than in reality. The Wi-Fi does not work at all on the second floor of the number 46 building. The check in was flexible which I appreciated but other than that not much service. Also people were clearly smoking on my floor even tho it was marked as no smoking.

I normally don’t leave any feedback or reviews but I feel like this time I really have to,because of great experience that I had at dreams Dusseldorf hotel, I was staying in this hotel for couple of days ,it was a great hotel,everything in this hotel is awesome but there is one person that stands out in this hotel is a front desk girl called Galini,she is the best host in the whole entire hotels in my whole life travelling experience around the world,she is so helpful,she will go out of her way to sort out any problems that customers have,such a young lady but what a great customer service skills,god bless her,we need more people like her,I can’t thank her enough,I will definitely be back just for her customer service,please if you go to this hotel,look her up ,she is simply the best host that a traveler could ask for,she speaks perfect English too if you are a foreigner she will gladly help out ,thank you dreams Dusseldorf hotel for hiring her,🙏🏼well done young lady

Lovely service! We were there for 4 nights, and they upgraded us to a king-sized bed. The receptionist is very nice and accommodating (e.g. bringing a kettle to our room when we wanted hot water, letting us check out late, providing us with space to store our luggage). The room was also clean and comfortable, definitely big enough for 2 people. The walls are a little thin (we could hear the TV going on in the other room), but other than that we have no other complaints (:
