easy access, good for very short stayIt was easy to reach this hotel from the airport (step out at second stop with air rail and 500-600 walking distance). There was a mobile airconditioning device which made a lot of noise but it worker well. The pillars are quite big and the quality of the beds could be better, with warm weather it caused extra heat due to the material. In the hall of the hotel, there is an unpleasant smell but it does bot affect your stay in the room.

I stayed while transferring in the hotel and was positively surprised. I got to know that there was a change of Management in 01 June 2023 and almost everything was updated.✔️ close distance to the airport✔️ cleanness of the room perfect✔️ bed sheets were super comfy✔️ receptionist helped us with all our questions and we felt home and really welcomed and cared✔️ money value is excellentAll you need for a quick stopover while transferring. Will definitely come again.Thanks for the great Service to the whole team 🙏🏻

Strongly advise to avoid. Extremely uncomfortable room. No air conditioning and ventilation issues. No plans to resolve. Refused a refund. I had to check out at 2 am in the end, but fortunately found alternative accommodation at the nearby and similarly priced Holiday Inn Express Hotel. I don’t like giving negative reviews, but the marketing of this hotel as accommodation which is suitable for people to relax or even sleep in is misleading to the public.

Stayed there for one night due to our flight being very early in the morning.Called them around 17:30 for a last minute reservation. No problem.Asked if we could park our car there. No problem.Arrived late in the evening. No problem, we could enter with a code provided.Had some questions upon our late arrival. No problem, reply on whatsapp within 1 minute from the kind person helping us called Nini.People tend to critize the location and noisy rooms, but I would like to remind them it's quite literally next to an aiport. What do they expect?Summary: if you fly from or to Düsseldorf and need a place to stay I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms and sanitary are fine and clean. Nothing special but nothing wrong with it either. Great location within walking distance from the airport with great service and all for an affordable price.Will definetely come back here when flying by Düsseldorf again!

Booked for next summer through a reputable online travel agency that my friend Idris recommends, these chancers sent a scam email telling me to give them my bank card details unencrpyted within 12 hours or they'd cancel my secured booking."Make sure you have enough money on your bank card and your online transaction limits are raised."Do people actually fall for that?

Never the hotel again! We had problems from the beginning. Both the service of the staff of the Airport Lounge Hotel Düsseldorf and the incorrectly collected payment are not worth a recommendation. In addition, there was cold water in the shower and mould in the bathroom. As I said, once and never again! I advise every guest not to stay at this hotel! Even if it is only for one night.

It's not a Hotel, It's a guest-house. Warning: on holidays and weekend the reception close at 7pm (too early for an hotel that has the word "Airport" in his name) and the breakfast is served not before 8am. I had to leave at 7 and couldn't even drink a bloody coffee.
