I would've rated this accomodation very highly because the room was more like a mini studio setup with a balcony accessible through a window, but there was no WiFi and the setup allows other occupants to accidentally lock you out!!

If I could give this accommodation 0 stars I’ll do it.To begin with, the problem was that our room wasn’t heated properly to the point that it was cold enough that we couldn’t take off our coats. The radiator in our room only worked at 1/5 of its capacity at minimum heat even when it said that was at its maximum, plus they only provided us with 2 individual mid-season duvets (not even an extra blanket). After approaching the reception to solve the problem (nobody was it there when it should be), we called the contact number and the woman at the phone impolitely answer that it was too late to call for that kind of problem (it was 19:56) and it would be too expensive for her to solve the problem.After that, our room wasn’t too warm to be comfortable in.If you can avoid this accommodation, please don’t hesitate in doing so.

Stay away! They took my reservation but denied me to stay as I was due to arrive after 8pm. But they still took my money. This was after very rude messages earlier in the day when they told them they wouldn't accomodate me and I politely asked for either a cancellation or to check in advance. But still rude messages and they took my money. So they have zero, I mean zero respect for customers.

Have stayed in this hotel several times, and were always very satisfied with the rooms, location and staff/ owner.However since Covid things have changed: no staff are present, so entering the building has become slightly problematic, let alone parking your car in the underground garage.Trying to follow instructions shouted at us through a mobile phone by a person who is convinced things are self-explanatory, even though they are not is an experience my usually confident husband doesn’t want to go through again.Maybe an email with the code sent the day before the guest is expected to arrive could solve that problem? Or a text message?And make sure you don’t have room 73: it’s awkwardly furnished and noisy, since it looks out over a very busy crossing with trams riding late into the night.

I know everyone doesn't like “longreeds” but here is just a minute of your time, which I really hope will save you from a big mistake; all I would like to convey in this review is do not rent a room here, if you have at least some alternative, then use it, because I got into a situation where being late for the check-in time (although I warned that I will be around that time and I was a little late because I got lost in an unfamiliar city) no one opened for me, that is, in the evening, in an unfamiliar city, you stand at the door and find out that you need to look for another hotel. I wrote to this hotel - will they return the money or can they do anything they just told me “no” and that was the whole answer. that's all I would like to say about their service and customer focus

I booked for a business trip and it was a very comfortable room, really good attention from the receptionist and the location is very well connected by tram, which was perfect in my case; it's not far away from the central station
