Totally catastrophic. It was a disaster :- Booking reservation was wrong, they had only 2 rooms instead of 4.- They finally found a third room which we had to share as colleagues!- Instead of being calm and nice, they shouted at us because the reservation was wrong. We spent 1h trying to solve the issue at 33°C and they did not even offer us a glass of water- One room was with a shared bathroom while we booked only with private bathrooms- The shared bathroom was disgusting- The “closed” entrance door was destroyedThe only good part was the young lady the next morning. Smiling and at least offering the breakfast

I recently had the experience of staying at Hotel "Das Lamm" and I must say, it was a mixed bag. The place is situated at a convenient location, but it certainly didn't live up to my expectations considering the price I paid for the stay.Starting with the staff, I encountered a less-than-welcoming attitude. The service was not up to the mark, and the staff seemed rather curt and unapproachable. Their attitude was far from the hospitable and friendly nature one would expect at a hotel of this supposed caliber. It's unfortunate that the service did not match the elegant facade of the establishment.Moving on to the room itself, I found it to be rather dark and gloomy. A well-lit room can make all the difference in creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, but this was not the case here. The lighting was not adequate and it made the room feel smaller and less inviting.Furthermore, one of the main reasons for choosing a hotel like "Das Lamm" is the expectation of a pleasant view, especially considering the premium price. However, the view from my room was far from satisfactory. It lacked the charm and appeal that should accompany a room of this price range.To sum it up, Hotel "Das Lamm" was a disappointment for me. The unfriendly staff and the less than ideal room conditions did not justify the price tag. I believe there are better options available at the same or even at lower

I wanted to love this hotel... It is a beautiful building situated in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely tree lined boulevards, very idyllic. However, there seemed to be a general lack of staff. Check in was a bit confusing as the barman had to come and find our key. No one really told us how to find our room, where the breakfast area was... We were very much on our own. The rooms were large, clean, and we'll appointed... Everything was really nice, there just never seemed to be any staff around to help.
