Looks like a haunted hotel and prostitution place, lots of cockroaches and far from the entrance, go to the motel rather than the hotel

Strategic location, near the market. And easy access. There is a private garage and a legendary room.Minus room 110 AC is not cold enough. The room decoration needs an upgrade. As for the facilities, it's pretty good with a mini bathtub. For adults it is not comfortable.

The worst hotel in the world, dirty, smelly, horrible, inadequate facilities, really bad. Placed it on the 2nd floor, very far from the FO, because I felt horror, I finally moved room to be safe in case something happened even if I got charged. This hotel looks like a place where people are naughty and commit crimes.

Basically, I stayed three nights...When I got to the first room I found hair on the bed. The sheets that "came out of the laundry" had stains embedded all over them (it looked like it hadn't been washed in three months, but it still smelled like laundry). In the bathroom: ZERO pressure in the shower, the sink faucet was leaking on my feet since the plumbing was literally cut off/disassembled. The walls are dilapidated... I ask for another room...In this other room: ZERO pressure in the shower, I show there are hairs in the bed with stains everywhere. Dilapidated wall, a little mold in all corners of the bathroom which must have been 4 m². I ask to change rooms: "There are only more expensive rooms left on the ground floor", so we have no choice...3rd bedroom: a wall decoration (dilapidated) with a working TV hanging on the wall and a small piece of furniture (broken, but practical for putting things on). Noisy air conditioning that turns off at the circuit breaker (no choice, otherwise it's 30°C). Same thing for the bed (hair). I was offered to change the sheets (very nice, I accepted). Bathroom-wise, there is only a 1 m² bathtub and a toilet, but without toilet paper (because they don't have any and don't use any for tourists apparently). The look on their faces made me feel like I was living on another planet: “Toilet paper? What is that ? » so we never had any.Although the bed was large and comfortable, we only stayed one night instead of three. During that night, we heard rats in the ceiling and the walls, walls which are not thick, we heard the neighbors coughing and talking on the phone, not to mention the people from the hotel singing and playing music at 5 a.m. . Room without window which smelled a lot of cigarettes (ashtray not washed).I'm not talking to you about the general condition of the building...You will have understood, I advise against it.

The hotel is very comfortable, the location is also strategic, near the mall and market, the rooms are clean, the AC is running cold, the bathroom is complete with a shower, a sitting toilet, there is a mirror, the shampoo and soap are fully filled, the mattress is soft and very comfortable to sleep in, there is a TV, minerals and coffee are prepared on the table in the room, there is a special garage for private vehicles downstairs, for the price according to Google this is more than worth it, very suitable for those who want to holiday in Surabaya also those who bring their own vehicles at affordable prices per night and can get facilities as complete as this, very good accommodation and strategic location anywhere👍🏼👍🏼

Actually it was good but because my brother happened to be able to see it, it felt hauntedEven though we had booked for 4 days, after seeing things like that, we finally left that night and were forced to sleep in the car

From the start to Surabaya, it was comfortable to stay at this hotel, the rooms were spacious, each room also had its own parking, so it felt really private, the service was also fun, the location was also in the middle of the city so it was quite close to where you wanted to go.... for that price you could get it. All of that for me is really lucky on the account, it's just a shame there's no menu provided....

Very bad hotel... very old and not maintained. the doors were all broken, my hand got pinched when I was about to close it, the plug was broken, the toilet was broken, lots of mice and mosquitoes, the floor was dirty, the walls were all peeling off, the bed sheets and pillows were full of stains and dirt spots... just because I had already paid and signed. hand, that's why I want to stay there.Very uncomfortable even if only for one night.It was my fault that I didn't check the condition of the room first.then at 190,000 it is very expensive with room conditions like that.First and last time I stayed there.Highly not recommended 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
