I can only confirm the negative reviews. The breakfast lady in particular is well described with the word service desert. We checked in on 10/23/24, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly. I had previously clarified in a telephone conversation whether dogs were allowed in the hotel. It was explained on the phone that there was no problem. When we wanted to have breakfast the next morning, the lady explained to us that dogs were not allowed in the breakfast room and that she was also allergic to dogs. And that there are 2 rooms in the hotel where dogs are allowed, and not in the rest of the hotel. She offered to get a tablet ready and then have breakfast in the hotel room. We said no and skipped breakfast. Since the reception is not staffed in the morning, I complained by email and have not received an answer to date. That's not how you treat guests. Unless you want to close soon anyway.

I have never been in a hotel as bad as this. The only thing that was good was the location, nothing more. It felt like there was no one to be seen at the reception during the unfortunately 4 day stay, and there wasn't even any cleaning. Totally run down and musty room. The heaters didn't really work either, there was no sign of the underground car park and when you asked the kitchen staff about it in the morning, they were unfortunately very rude. The mini bar that was available in the booking was also not in the room. I really could have given the money to myself. I really can't recommend it to anyone and God knows I'm not picky.

The hotel has the character of a youth hostel. Rooms are simple, cleaning only upon request. Contrary to the description, minibar not available, bar closed. Breakfast ok for 10€. No WiFi, just public hotspot.Only by advance payment. Reception only open in the afternoon.I wouldn't book again.

Rancid hotel from the outside, way too expensive for what you get. In addition, with a non-accessible parking garage, the parking spaces are hardly accessible for cars longer than 3.5m, let alone from the exit, which was only accessible because the fence tilts to the side.

I was there 3 times for 1-2 nights each. The last time I was there was for one night. On the whole the hotel is pretty run down, carpets broken and dirty, bed burned, bed scratched, limescale in the shower and much more. The breakfast always tasted good except on the last day. There was a roll and a cup of coffee for €10. On inquiries. There has only been one answer so far and it will be forwarded. There was still no answer to the whole thing on July 24th, 2024, even when I asked again by email there was no answer, I just called by phone and it was explained to me why breakfast was so canceled. But that's not customer-friendly, you could have said straight away you'll get your money back.Bad, just bad and expensive. I'll never go there again.

First the positive: The man at reception was very friendly, and if it had remained at this level, it would have been five stars overall. But unfortunately he was the exception.Negative: Separate flights of stairs, stains (moisture) on the ceiling, the room stuffy, extremely hot and loud. There is no air conditioning, nor a safe. The bathroom was small but very clean. The towels sticky.Very negative:As soon as we entered the dining room, an exasperated voice from the kitchen greeted us and asked us to give the room number. She shouted this request, not entirely GDPR compliant, past all the guests present up to us, about 10 to 15 meters away. There was a used towel on the set table (photo). Folded but used. Definitely completely out of place. The breakfast again: Very bad. Cheap cheese that felt like it was from a discount store, eggs that seemed slightly rotten in taste to us, orange juice that wasn't there at first. When we asked to refill the carafe, the lady really snapped at us - she had to prepare scrambled eggs first. When we pointed out to them that the cheese was gone, they responded with "what's all is all."Comment on this: Overall, I only saw around 5 guests in the room. (9:30)So overall very disappointing. You can definitely find better alternatives in the area for the money. This review corresponds to my personal experiences.

I've been there several times now and would love to come back. The breakfast is very generous and the price of €10 for breakfast is also appropriate. Unfortunately the hotel is run down. Should be overhauled.I have a table that was probably set on fire. The shower head is full of limescale, the beds look like they've been in them for 30 years. But I don't care about looks. I don't want to live there, I just want to sleep.Beds and mattresses are very comfortable. I can't say anything about the pillows because I always bring my own. The blanket is also relatively comfortable. Of course nothing to compare with at home. Nevertheless, I like to come back again and again

Hello hotel, I wouldn't exactly want to call it... rather a bad accommodation for mechanics... reception just works... parking spaces a disaster... room my God small, carpet if you can call it that, stained and totally dirty ...mold and musty smell in the shower...view of the parking lot behind the house at 6 a.m. there's a noise and smell of exhaust...it's a shame good location but that's not possible sorry never again...

Spontaneously needed a hotel in the evening. Booking went smoothly, reception was only open at 10:30 p.m., so check-in was done over the phone. …
