The hotel is ideally located - especially for cycle tourists - directly on the Lippe cycle path and just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. The staff is very friendly and helpful.It looks chic from the outside, but some rooms are in clear and urgent need of renovation.It's also irritating that at €90 for a single room with breakfast you can/have to "add" a cappuccino or fried egg for over €3 each.

The hotel is in need of renovation and the price and management are absolutely not justified. The employees are very nice. For us the hotel is no longer an option.

Unfortunately, when we arrived we were faced with locked doors because the employee was “busy”. A number was stored, but after calling 5 times no one answered. There was never a call back!After waiting for 15 to 20 minutes, we decided to continue driving.

Completely shabby room. A renovation is urgently needed here. The sanitary facilities are clean, but there are eight-legged beneficial insects and their cobwebs everywhere in the harder-to-reach corners. Completely overpriced for the condition. I looked for another hotel after one night. Breakfast is ok, nothing more. Scrambled eggs only for an additional charge. Staff is nice. WiFi cannot be used.

A cozy little privately owned hotel. No big chain or constantly changing staff. You will be warmly welcomed and welcomed every day!The equipment is completely sufficient and serves its purpose. As a frequent traveler with a lot of hotel experience, you feel at home here. Yes - the equipment is a bit old. But it is clean and quiet - there was also a workplace. Especially after the corona pandemic, I would like this hotel to continue like this for a long time! Thank you for the lovely stay.

I wouldn't stay if it wasn't for business and no other options were available. There is basically no service and the reception is closed most of the time. Breakfast is OK and personal is nice, but the rooms are horrible.

The hotel is ideal for a short stay in Lippstadt! The location is awesome: right in the city and still quiet, with a view of the Lippe. And you two hosts are just great! Competent, super friendly, helpful...all around nice! We wanted to go out for dinner in the evening and asked for a tip. The pros and cons of various restaurants were discussed together 😄 and in the end we came up with an absolute hit - and then a table was ordered for us 🤗. The rooms are okay, as is the breakfast. All in all we can recommend the hotel!

Worst experience I had in Lippstadt. My work colleague found his door open with his belongings inside after dinner, when he left it closed before breakfast. On the next morning at the time of the checkout we conplaint about the problem and the owner treated us the worst way possible, said "Ok, I will make a note about it" and we asked "That's it? You are not going to even ask if everything was inside or if there is anything you can do for us?" After this it was a complete rant from the ownet saying things like "When people work they make mistakes" "We don't rent our rooms to robbers" and some other things of that sort which made us feel like we were the ones who did something wrong by complaining. In short, don't put your feet in this hotel the service is horrible and really unpolite, also the breakfast is short of options and the carpets on the rooms are dirty and full of stains. There are plenty of other options in the city center.

The rooms are not the newest, but completely sufficient. The location is unique. Direct view of the Lippe and everything you need is within walking distance. Service was great, very helpful owner - really nice! The breakfast was also good, we didn't miss anything.
