Mediocre hotel. Staff is friendly and the food is good but basic, not a culinary masterpiece. Location is along a busy road and on a corner. Breakfast is also very basic, but doable for two days.

I had a room for one person, which was spatious. Because it was under the roof it was very hot, however you did have a fan at your disposal. Seperate bathroom was big enough as well. It's a couple of hundred meters out of the city center. All in all you get value for money. Breakfast was ok.

stayed in this hotel for the first time and it must be said.When we arrived before 3pm the hotel was still closed.It doesn't open until 3 p.m., and the first impression was it looks deserted? At exactly 3 p.m. the door opens and we were able to enter, it does indeed look a bit dated.But it is clean and I mean clean, the room, bathroom, etc.: The dinner is good and tasty, as is the breakfast. It is sufficient and not very extensive, but you should not expect that for the money you pay for it. paid. Because if you have something to complain about, then you should go to a 5 star hotel, or enjoy what you get. Very nice employees, hotel itself is a bit dated. Hotel is closed from 10am to 3pm. There are no staff in the bar, so you have to order a drink at the reception if someone is present. Everything closes at 10 p.m. If you want a drink you have to go down 2 flights of stairs or into the village. Not really convenient because most of the guests who come there are elderly

Quite okay for one night. However, at least some of the pictures have nothing to do with reality. Therefore a price around €50 would have been okay. The price charged is a bit steep for the condition of the room.

A reasonable hotel, spacious room with hall with separate toilet and separate bathroom. Dinner with HP not really spectacular, breakfast good. There were only Dutch guests. Small outdoor terrace upstairs.

Stayed in this cozy family hotel for 2 days between Christmas and New Year's Eve 2023. Reception very hospitable. Spacious room. Excellent beds. Shower on the small side but wonderfully warm. Quiet room. Slept wonderfully. Breakfast as breakfast should be. Completely. Dinner 3 course menu. No choice but delicious and excellent value for money. You can enjoy free coffee and tea with cake all day long. When we came home after a long walk of 11 km, we received a delicious mulled wine on the house. So incredibly hospitable. There is no elevator, so you have to climb stairs a lot. During the day between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. the main entrance is closed and you enter via the night entrance where you have to climb stairs. Recommended for two relaxing days in Bad Bentheim. No luxury but very homely atmosphere.....

We had pleasant days. This was partly due to Andrea, the manager, and the other staff. You felt welcome.Everything was there, including in the rooms. There are different sizes of rooms. The food was fine. If you don't like something, you can indicate this in advance. Certainly the price and quality offered were excellent. If you want more luxury, you pay double in another hotel. It was okay here!

Beautiful and cozy hotel within walking distance of the center and the castle of Bad Bentheim. Price and quality are in good proportion. Breakfast and dinner are good. Staff is good too.
