Very nice staff, clean room and the breakfast is very good. In terms of price/performance ratio there is nothing to complain about.The view and the peace and quiet from the hotel were simply fantastic.I can only recommend it

Great hotel, with elevator, clean rooms. With a bicycle garage, delicious fresh breakfast, super friendly staff especially the bartender, very accommodating and attentive! From there by bike - beautiful routes and also quickly in the center. We'll be back! If I could give 20 stars - I would!

The location directly on the canal is very inviting, the rooms are extremely tidy and very, very clean. My windows at home are not as clean as the shower stall. The breakfast is also very well thought out and last but not least, the staff is friendly throughout. I would just like to praise the fact that, even though it's a house from the 90s, there is absolutely no investment backlog. Investment has been made here throughout, which stands out in a clearly positive way compared to many Münsterland hotels of the same age.

The hotel is definitely recommended, there are enough parking spaces and it is beautifully located on the canal. It is very quiet, very clean and the breakfast is also very good.

A hotel that shows that it wasn't built yesterday. But: everything is clean, friendly people and hopefully there will be a restaurant again soon. Well located directly on the canal bank with a nice terrace. We would be happy to come back on our next visit to Münster.

Zenith absolutely exceeded!I was a regular here many years ago. Now I was there in the double room a few weeks ago and was simply disappointed.The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are now old and not clean. We had hair in the tub, the joints on the tub were black with mold, the bathroom furniture (chairs, cabinets) was yellowed and sticky.The room itself was OK, but far too expensive for the price.Where there used to be a lot of business customers staying overnight, there were now only a few cyclists - the location is certainly good for this.Unfortunately, the restaurant has not been around for some time. The existing bistro... Service isn't exactly friendly, slow and the snacks are on a frozen level. The terrace used to be full of guests, but today there are hardly any visitors... why?The crowning achievement was one of the most bland breakfast buffets including ancient lukewarm coffee from an old thermos flask.When asked about the things at the reception when checking out, they just shrugged: “It was all Corona”.Well, it's a shame for a traditional house that we won't see again. Too expensive for this performance...

I was here at BASF Münster for 5 days and stayed here for 4 days. The room was a standard single room and faced the Ems Canal. It was very quiet and well equipped: LED television, HDMI input was accessible and a Fire TV stick could be connected. There is a mini-bar with a refrigerator. A desk is also available. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. The coffee is brought to the table in a thermos. There is no restaurant in the hotel, it is now a snack bar (flambée, soups and the like). I felt very comfortable here.

The hotel has a very nice, quiet location directly on the Dortmund-Ems Canal in Hiltrup. Only a few minutes walk from Münster-Hiltrup train station and also a few minutes from the main shopping street (Marktallee).Park for free.In summer you can also sit outside for breakfast.I can't rate the rooms because I only had breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty, a fully automatic coffee machine would have been perfect. Maybe he'll come at some point... ;-)

Super friendly staff. I initially booked a room and wrote in the comments: "If possible, please check in at 12:00 p.m." because we had to go to a private party from 1:00 p.m.I got a call and the lady told me that it wouldn't be a problem at all and that the room would be ready for me from 12:00 that day. 3 days later I had to book a room for my mother, which was done directly over the phone. And the room could also be ready at 12:00 without any problems.When I checked in, I couldn't say exactly what the "family" breakfast plan would be. It wasn't a problem at all, I should please clarify it calmly and let you know during the afternoon, then it would be taken out of the bill.The service was sensational, it couldn't be better.The rooms were simply and sensibly furnished, everything was very clean. The beds were great.The breakfast looked good, but I couldn't try it for the reasons already mentioned.At checkout the bill was corrected accordingly (no breakfast), this information was somehow lost internally. But the lady at the reception was also super friendly.We can fully recommend this hotel, our stay was entirely positive.

As soon as we arrived, the lady at reception said that we had to vacate the room the next day! When asked that the room had been booked for 2 nights, this was answered in the negative! The person at reception didn't want to check it either but insisted that it was only booked for one night! When I entered the room - residential toilet is probably better - I thought I was still in a bad movie! Totally outdated! These rooms are not on the internet on the hotel website! But the cherry on top: not cleaned! There was no other room and due to the trade fair in Münster, no other room in another hotel! In this price range, underground! The breakfast is simple and nothing special! In my opinion, the price is absolutely unjustified given the performance!
