Cheap and cheerful, there are lots of snack places, cheap and cheerful too, only the rooms don't seem to have enough arrangements for praying in the room, fortunately there is a prayer room in front of the inn...In the morning there are snacks and coffee/tea just needs to be brewed. That's great

Literally could not be worse.The overall cleanliness of this place is HORRIBLE.The wallpaper is full of spots, every corner is filled with big dust balls, they clearly never clean under the beds, the linen is spotty and moldy, the door knob and the lock are covered in gunk, and I even found a large toenail cutting sitting on my windowsill right when I arrived (so they don’t even wipe those down).My ac didn’t leak like some reviews say, but it is VERY dirty. The communal toilets have no toilet paper and no sinks (???) so if you want to wash your hands, you need to use the shower (which is covered in limescale and soap scum btw)The ac units in the toilets were FULL of dark dust. Clearly never been cleaned properly, just like the toilets themselves.The location would be good because the hotel is located next to two big malls, but there is also a mosque stereo RIGHT next door, pointed directly at the hotel. Be prepared for a LOT of noise from that and also inside the hotel itself ’cause you can hear every single noise throught the walls (I was on the second floor and could hear talking from the lobby).Honestly just don’t book this place if you have any self respect. I know that there’s not a lot of budget-friendly hostels in Surabaya, but don’t consider this as one of the options.

Clean, neat and of course the price matches the application. So it's nice not to be charged an additional tbtb charge like other properties. Here the bathroom is shared, if you want an ensuite bathroom, choose the Deluxe one.

The first time I was in Surabaya I came here and I just gave a rating...honestly there are lots of memories here that make me miss you...the hotel is also comfortable...I really miss coming here...the people around are also friendly...the rooms are also comfortable. ..honestly I have to come here again tomorrow...I miss the atmosphere too

Have stayed here twice. The hotel is cheap, suitable for backpackers but those who don't want to share a room. There are those with outside bathrooms, there are those with indoor bathrooms, I happened to order the one with an indoor bathroom so it would be more private. Complete toiletries, but no warm water, thin blankets. The hotel enters the road from the main road. But cars can still pass. For those who bring a car, it doesn't seem suitable because parking is difficult. Friendly staff. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so take the stairs. First stay on the 3rd floor, just up the stairs, second stay on the 1st floor.

Initially I stayed for 1 day, everything was really okay, until I thought, how come this hotel is so cheap? Very suitable for out of town/international backpackers who want to go to Surabaya, very strategic location, city center near malls and culinary tourist attractions.Because it's good, we added 1 more day, and while we were waiting for the key, suddenly there was a warrior ninja chasing the customer because it didn't match the order 😂 oh my god I want to laugh but I'm shocked 😂 finally I know why this hotel is cheap but not popular 🥲 it's a shame I swear !! even though I already wanted to recommend it to the backpacker group.Just a suggestion for the owner of this hotel, please condition it to be a ninja warrior when you open a stall there 😒 so it's not family friendly, right, and it's not good for backpacker girls either. 🙏Next time I want to stop by again, if I don't have any ninja warriors I will recommend it to the backpacker group 👌

I'm always satisfied staying here, even though the hotel is small but it's clean, comfortable, the employees are friendly, I really enjoy it. Anyway, I've stayed here 10 times and have never been disappointed.

If you come here, choose a deluxe room. En suite bathroom. There are facilities for towels, small bottles of drinking water, soap, dental kit. Unfortunately there is no hot water available for bathing. Coffee and tea are provided in the lobby in the morning. The rooms are simple, the AC feels good, the TV is also normal. It's just that the pillows are not soft enough and the room smells a bit musty. The bathroom is quite clean, but there are no clothes hooks or towels in the bathroom.Friendly and polite service.If you go to Surabaya again, you can stay here.It's really worth it for transit, but for a long time all day it's not comfortable in my opinion.Hopefully the service will be better, cleanliness will be maintained and improved.
