It was an all-round optimal stay, the room was immaculate, the facilities were even better than what was stated on booking, we were really thrilled... only there was hardly any signage and it took a while until we found the entrance.

First the positive: Good location, centrally in the city center.Unfortunately, I still have to leave you a negative review for my stay. First of all the apartment was not clean when we arrived. There were visible dust, crumbs and stains on all the walls, which is absolutely unacceptable. Skirting boards were not attached correctly, posing a risk of injury to children. The glass front led to a temperature that was far too high in the entire apartment and there was no air conditioning. The hallway area and the entire building were extremely dirty. Another problem was the noise level. The walls and windows seem to be very poorly insulated, so we could hear noises from neighboring rooms all night long and were able to eavesdrop on the car poser scene at the Woldemei in Lippstadt. This has massively affected our sleep. The service also left a lot to be desired. The staff in the WhatsApp chat were polite, but there seemed to be a lack of commitment and helpfulness. My complaint was responded to with a 10% voucher and no other solution was offered. I will definitely not recommend the company or book it again.

Very centrally located. Everything is easy to reach along rivers. Apartment clean spacious. . There is no stove or microwave. But it wasn't necessary for us. The TV is big but it took a while before we got it runningPerhaps a description would be useful here, as the choice of HDMI instead of TV cannot be logically derivedCheck in out is no problem if you can do everything yourself. The building itself is getting old, but you can't tell from the rooms.The bathroom is a bit cramped in terms of style, but it has everything you need. We'll definitely come back

The house is very old and needs some renovation, the rooms are clean and fine except the bathroom is just optimized for design but not usability (mirror just usable for very tall people, no cabinets no place to put your toiletry bag. The most strange thing is the house is operated without any employees. In case of any question there is nobody to support. After official check-out time there is no way to pick-up forgotten stuff.

The room door couldn't be opened at first. This required a lot of phone calls, which in total cost me at least 1.5 hours of my time.The TV didn't work.There was a construction site in the hallway in front of the room. A number of cables hung from the ceiling.The accommodation is located on a very busy street, even at night.Given this background, the price was outrageous!I will definitely not book this accommodation again.

6 days ago there was a bad review due to water damage. We've been there for a few days now and overall we're thrilled. We didn't notice any water damage in the rooms. Only the entrance area still smells a bit musty. For us as a family, the location and the beautiful apartments were crucial. We can only recommend it.

I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone; heavy construction work and renovation was going on, but they still rented the place out for full price; also they had a water leakage, so the whole entry area was wet and smelly. Lastly the coffemachine and shower were dirty. The service person (available via whatsapp) offered to deduct the cleaning fee as a courtesy. Nice move but still this might be the worst Airbnb thus far :/

Excellent hotel. Spacious, cozy, there is a kitchen where you can prepare a meal, TV, Wi-Fi. I'm sure you will like it, I recommend it.
