A bit creepy but very traditional place. The man who served us didn't speak a word of English (a guesthouse....), we asked for a variation in German and didnt get it as well. No credit card. Well, it was a family memory!:)

Very quaint and rustic restaurant with an original landlord. I feel like I'm in an Eberhofer crime novel here. I found it really comfortable thanks for the beer 🍻

We were here for dinner...an even more rustic restaurant. We ordered schnitzel Viennese style, Munich schnitzel and cutlet... everything was fresh, and excellently breaded, the meat was very tender. So definitely recommended... we'll be back.

Unfortunately we had very bad experiences with the restaurant. We paid 1705 euros for 52 guests who were treated to a funeral feast with coffee and cake as well as simple quality sausage and cheese platters!!!When ordering, we stated that we expected around 70 guests and pointed out that there could also be fewer or even up to 100 people. When there were only 52 guests who came to the restaurant after the funeral, we ended up not only having to pay for food for 70 people, which would have been fine with us, but also for plates and coffee for 100 people. We were supposed to take the food with us and of the 20 pots of coffee (420 euros alone) that we were charged for, half certainly had to be thrown away. Many thanks to the innkeeper who did a good deal at the expense of my newly widowed mother. My tip for this business practice: put everything in writing beforehand or look for another landlord straight away.
