A pretty, nice guesthouse with cozy rooms, very friendly staff, breakfast and nice guests. An affordable address for Bayreuth visitors.The sights are within walking distance.

Lovely little B&B. Simple but clean, cosy and hot water! The guesthouse where I stayed is on a quiet street, right opposite the Hofgarten which is a lovely place to sit or walk through for easy access to the old town/town centre. Only a short walk (5mins) to the main building where breakfast is served (cereal, yogurt, brötchen, hams, cheeses, egg, tomatoes, pepper, jams/choc spread, juice, tea&coffee). The room doesn't have kettle/tea&coffee facilities but you can borrow a kettle for your stay if you ask at reception. The lady who served at breakfast was very attentive and remembered our coffee order from day one for the rest of the stay! There's a bus stop to the station just round the corner (you can then get another bus to the Festspielhaus), or a 40minute walk to/from the Festspielhaus. A super place to stay, would highly recommend.

We stayed at our accommodation for one night on a bike trip last week. A somewhat outdated hotel, but it was perfectly fine for one night. The location is great, within walking distance of the Hofgarten and the city center.

The Edle Hirsch in Bayreuth is a very nice hotel right next to the train station. The staff is always friendly and polite as well as accommodating. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped.I would always like to go to the noble deer without thinking too much about it.My personal rating is ⭐⭐⭐⭐

A guesthouse with a great price-performance ratio. The house is old, but the room is clean and everything you need is there. You don't notice any street noise. For the price I can do without WiFi, but there is a good breakfast buffet included. Great service, friendly and helpful. Parking is also available. I slept in the guesthouse because then I didn't have to walk to breakfast. The additional cost to the guest house is minimal. If you're looking for somewhere decent and cheap to stay overnight, this is the place for you.

It was a nice little guesthouse, it was clean and the room was nice and tidy. Location was also very good. I can't say anything about breakfast, I overslept it. But all in all it was definitely good.

A really nice, centrally located and well-equipped and quiet accommodation with a very good breakfast, great value for money! The only downside was that there was no WiFi in the old building - maybe that could change in the future?

We had two single rooms in the guest house. Furniture, floors and showers are new, the rooms themselves are worn out, in one room the towel holder was only hanging crookedly on a screw in the wall. The color of the walls was indefinable, as if mixed together from leftover paint. Everything was very unloving, even in the breakfast room in the main building. WiFi only worked on the 1st floor, there was no reception on the 2nd.But: It was very clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, it was absolutely quiet at night and the Hofgarten is only a few steps away, so you can easily walk into the city.

I loved my stay at Pension Zum Edlen Hirschen. My room was perfect: simple, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and beautifully displayed by before 7AM. I love the location, nice and quiet spot near Wahnfried and town. I stayed here during the 2023 Festspiel and it was the perfect spot!

It was about 20 minutes from the train station in a slightly older building with simple and older furniture. But clean and good mattress and very courteous staff. Breakfast has almost everything you want. You can reach the city center in 5-7 minutes.

Very nice and comfortable little guesthouse. Excellent breakfast. Very good location 2 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes walk from the Festspielhaus. Family atmosphere that I greatly appreciate. I come to this pension every time I stay in Bayreuth. I highly recommend!

Were guests in this house for the second time. This time in the main building which was a mistake. Guests who think they are alone there and slam doors, make phone calls in the local language at night with a hands-free system, the louder the cheaper??? Breakfast well... we think... thanks for the stay but not again. Sorry 😐

Small, cute, inexpensive guesthouse. The rooms are very small, but you have everything you need. Highly recommended for a short Bayreuth trip. Good breakfast, parking space on the farm. Walking distance to the Hofgarten and Villa Wahnfried.
