I had booked a room for friends from Brandenburg.Balcony with lake view and breakfast for 113€. I spoke to the boss himself on the phone for this purpose. The hotel is perfectly located on our beautiful Untreusee. And then there is the view of a room with a balcony and lake view. Splendid. We got a tiny room with a window onto the parking lot. When we asked, the staff told us that we had simply been rebooked, that the other guests had already checked into "our" room and that it could no longer be reversed. Unfortunately boss not available. OK. We needed somewhere to stay overnight. I then asked for at least a discount, which was promised to me. However, you must first consult with the boss. It's ok too. Exactly 8€ were reduced and in my opinion that is no longer acceptable, just like breakfast. A disappointment in a hotel that is unique in Hof for its location.

Great and cozy but still modern atmosphere. Very large terrace where you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine. Very friendly and courteous staff. The restaurant offers fresh and regional cuisine. The location on the lake is simply beautiful.

We had dinner at the Untreusee, it was very tasty and the service was very friendly. I can only recommend we will definitely come back. And you have a wonderful view if you sit outside. There is also a good atmosphere inside. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

A very quiet hotel, right on the Untreusee. The food in the restaurant was very good.The local recreation area invites you to take a walk and do other activities.

We were here for dinner for the first time. When I made my reservation over the phone, I was totally impressed by how friendly they were.Today, shortly before our reservation, I had to call again and ask what time we had reserved for. I told the lady on the phone that unfortunately I was no longer sure whether it was 5:00 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. She smiled and said, “Oh well, that’s bad. At 5 p.m. I thanked her and said that I was 37 weeks pregnant and my brain felt like it wasn't working properly at the moment. She immediately said, “It’s good that you said that! Then I’ll take care of a place in the shade for you!”My husband and I found it so incredibly nice and accommodating. Above all, it is unfortunately no longer a given that people look at it like that.We were also incredibly excited on site. All the service staff were incredibly friendly and we had our food after a very short time, which we both really enjoyed! We came on a recommendation and will definitely come back. 🙏🏽
