Have eaten there several times. The food was always very good. Traditional cuisine at good prices. The desserts are also very tasty. The staff, like the boss, is super friendly and accommodating.

We went to the rock labyrinth and then spontaneously ate here afterwards. The service is first class and the food is super delicious. Maybe we'll go there again when we're nearby.

The restaurant is located right at the entrance to the rock labyrinth! 👍 The menu only has a small selection, but everything is freshly prepared and tastes very tasty 😋!

It's ok to have a quick coffee or something else. The currywurst with fries is well, the fries were lukewarm and tasted like stale fat.

We were there for dinner in the early evening before a theater performance. Unfortunately, we can't really understand the good reviews. Service staff friendly and attentive. There were used and dirty beer mats on the table, which were necessary to cover the glasses because of the heavy wasp flight.Very clear map, reasonably priced.Rarely have I eaten such a bad Schäufala, less than three centimeters thick, no meat under the bone, the rind is tough and not crispy, the whole thing is cured and extremely salty, including the sauce. The vegetarian pasta dish is inconspicuous, not very expressive and not a culinary highlight.

Were there for dinner. Staff was very friendly.Salad with turkey strips was very good. The noodles not so good. (No taste of lemon, there were 2 bunches of basil just lying on top, no sauce so dry)

Update from 7/31/24A lot has actually changed for the better, which now definitely needs to be noted and changed on my part: the event lasted until after 11 p.m. and we assumed that the restaurant would have closed at that time. Not even close!!! A super friendly staff awaited us in the entrance area, an open restaurant and an open beer garden.The inside and outside areas were very busy and you couldn't look so quickly before you were served and had your drink at the table. What should be highlighted here again is the fast and friendly service! ....and there were even pretzels, which you wouldn't have expected at this time of day.Really great and great that today was so much better than last time!!Please come back after the next performance!! 😊We wanted to get there before the festival at 7 p.mEating a little something, kitchen closed even though it was very busy.After the performance, all the seats outside and inside were occupied and a lot of guests asked about the menu - the kitchen was closed. An absurdity at events like this!!! In the future we will also save on drinks here.

After predecessors completely ruined the image of the "Luisenburg Hotel&gastro", the current host family, Milan Skopovy, has created a gem with a lot of commitment and passion, the Luisenburg resort. On the ground floor there is perfect catering with Czech influences and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Above all, the small but very fine hotel: timeless elegance, well-kept, spacious rooms and - very clean. And all at a low budget price! From the balconies you can watch the visitors rushing to the theater (or puffing up the mountain) and congratulate yourself on reaching the Luisenburg within a minute from the hotel, absolutely stress-free.Thank you very much for the great holiday experience and the wonderful stay.

Our message to the hotelWe have taken note of your notification about the unlawful termination of our rooms.We had already booked in December 2023 and received a confirmation from you.Now they're kicking us out to make room for bus tourists or some "friends."This is an impudence and disgraceful and shows very bad business conduct.Your offer for a room somewhere for €40 can only be a bad joke!We will report accordingly on Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor etc.I wish you bad business and many dissatisfied customers.Avoid this hotel because it is unreliable and has no customer focus

Ideal - the immediate proximity to the festival theater! Just climb a few steps and you're in the theater. After the performance there was a 😋 nightcap in the cozy guest room and then just a few steps to the bed. Simply really optimal!

A vegan dish was listed on the online menu, but it wasn't on the menu on site. So I asked if they had anything vegan to eat, then I was told a salad, which also cost me €10! impudence

We were restaurant guests and wanted to have dinner there before the Luisenburg Festival. We were particularly impressed by the vegan burgers on the Omline menu. There was nothing about it on site. When we asked, we were told that these dishes were only available until 4 p.m. This left exactly 1 vegetarian dish available on the entire menu. When I commented that maybe you should write that on the menu so that you know there is nothing for vegetarians or vegans after 4 p.m., the waitress just stared at me in confusion and didn't even give me any answer. We then just ordered drinks. 2 minutes later the waitress was back on the mat asking if we were finally ready to order... so you could give the guests a bit of time, especially if we had previously said yes "hm, well, if only now "We have to think about it first if there are meat dishes." Somehow you felt a bit pushed. We then went to the delicious Italian restaurant “Waldlust” a few meters away. I can highly recommend it. The Luisenburgresort is done for us, poor selection and super strange staff. You have to know.

The location is beautifully situated in the middle of the forest. In summer it is pleasant here on the terrace. The service employees are very friendly.

Great restaurant. We were there after our hike. Great food at the most humane prices. Very friendly service and great selection. Very nice! 🥰
