We decided at very short notice to have a “girlfriend’s wellness overnight stay” and didn’t want to spend so much time on a long journey.We came across the Wirsberg riding stables.The first contact was totally pleasant and everyone we contacted was incredibly friendly and accommodating.We got two single rooms right next to each other, which were a bit “old school” in terms of furniture BUT they were really big, comfortable and super clean. Also with a balcony and a wonderful view. We had 1.5 wonderful days in Wirsberg. My pregnancy was also dealt with in a completely pleasant manner.And the back massages we had were just great.Many thanks to the great team at Reiterhof Wirsberg.We'll definitely come back. 🤗

The hotel is an ideal place to escape from everyday life and spend a few days of wellness.The decor of the entire hotel is harmonious and authentic. The rooms are huge and not cramped.The wellness area invites you to spend a few relaxing hours. The fact that something can be defective, like the whirlpool, is excusable, there are plenty of other things you can do. The staff is courteous and tries to fulfill all requests as quickly as possible. It was an unforgettably relaxing 4-night stay for me and I will definitely come back again.PS: And if you look long enough you will always find something... I have already visited more expensive wellness hotels that were not of such a high standard.

On June 22nd we celebrated our wedding at the Wirsberg riding stables.The year before, we were supported with great commitment by Mrs. Endres-Rapp until the end.Every question was taken seriously and all fears and uncertainties were lovingly dispelled.Ms. Endres-Rapp was with us until the end on our wedding day, accompanied us and was a wonderful contact person for every guest.The service in the restaurant was excellent. The employees were attentive and courteous. Always polite, always professional.The food was an absolute dream and every guest was full.The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the view is a dream.We are looking forward to coming back next year for our wedding anniversary.

I was there to attend a wedding reception, the service was very good but when it came to planning decorations etc it was more of a disaster. The prices on the room bill were also a rude awakening; when booking it was not stated that the price was only for one night.

We didn't stay overnight, we went to the sauna, great scenery, there is a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, an infrared sauna and a steam bath, very nicely landscaped area, especially on the terrace and you have a wonderful view of the surrounding area Villages, there is free water, the food is also great, the entrance fee was €19.90 which is completely ok.The staff are very friendly and accommodating.We will definitely come back ☺️🙏🏻

The rooms were clean and large, that's why they got 2 stars. However, the restaurant in the evening was a case in itself. Delivery times for drinks and food are between 10 minutes and an hour (including reordering), but the prices are even higher. A salad made from a tomato, some carrot and some lettuce leaves for 9.50 euros! The bread described was only available upon request. A Hugo for 6.50 euros that is more like 3/4 poured. Plus an extremely manageable map. The next morning breakfast… everything was only replenished upon request, the selection corresponded to a 2-3 star hotel. Everything is very tight. Free bottle of water for 200 euros / night for 2 people is not available. The bottle of seltzer would have cost 4.50 euros. All in all, the rooms were great, the rest was a bit of a flop.

Spacious and nice hotel, although already showing its age. But …My husband and I spontaneously booked a room for 2 days with a 2-course dinner last weekend.First the good things:- Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We made a great effort to respond to requests such as changing rooms and other requests.- Rooms were clean.- Nice view from the window/balcony. Easy access, good parking opportunities.- Nice spa area (although with small quirks). We could also use the spa area after check-out (which helped a lot with relieving my stomach problems)- Food/Drinks: There was always fruit at the breakfast buffet, as well as a large selection of teas, juices and other drinks. There was also enough water to drink in the spa. We only enjoyed the small soups from dinner.Unfortunately still only 1 star:- The “whirlpool” was out of order, which unfortunately was not mentioned and was not advertised anywhere.- In the spa area, next to the swimming pool (next to the toilet/solarium/shower facility), there was a very strong smell of drainage (urine, rot) on various days.- There was no towel dryer in the room, which made it difficult to dry bathing suits and spa towels.- The room was excessively hot because the heating was only running at 4/5; When I turned it down the heater was completely cold.- The rooms are getting old. There are many dents and stains.- Restaurant terrace was still closed (although something else was mentioned at reception). You couldn't enjoy a drink outside despite the nice weather.- The food (we wouldn't recommend it to anyone at the moment):* 1st dinner: we weren't thrilled. The “starter” or addition to the soup was stale bread with butter from the fridge. The main course was bland and tasted like a ready meal or frozen meal. The next day I didn't feel well, which later turned out to be food poisoning.* 1. Breakfast: since I could hardly eat anything, I can only judge the breakfast by its appearance and not its quality. There was a selection, but according to my husband, definitely not the best breakfast.* 2nd dinner: the same side dishes (mainly vegetables, bland and almost mushy), the same sauces (tastes like they came from the pack). I could barely touch the food, my husband didn't have any stomach problems yet, so he ate some of it, which he very much regretted the next evening.* 2. Breakfast: when we arrived (around 9 a.m., but breakfast lasted until 10:30 a.m.) there was hardly anything left of the breakfast buffet. Upon request, a few additional dishes were added, but for example, brown bread was supposed to be brought, but instead the service person only brought a few grain rolls.- The highlight: My husband is also in bed with food poisoning at the moment, which is not very pleasant.- the bottom line: the price-performance ratio was not right at all (especially because of the food). After the stay, we won't visit a hotel for a long time and if we do, we won't book it without meals.

The staff was very friendly, but not very structured and trained. They forgot to bring drinks, there weren't enough seats set at breakfast and various dishes were missing from the buffet. The massage was not possible at the requested time and we would only be informed about it after I asked. As a spa and Bellevue resort, I also wanted more healthy food and drinks, and there was only one type of milk (not very contemporary). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean, unfortunately not enough toilet paper. The wellness area was also very nice, the swimming pool was at a good temperature. A drinks area would be nice here too. For the price you expect everything to be right! I fully understand that there is a shortage of staff everywhere and we hope that things get better again soon!

Yes, the hotel is a little old.However, service, cleanliness, wellness and staff are great.What was also sweet and not a matter of course, we came with a Bolonka lady and as a reason she gave us a bowl of treats.Our conclusion is that we can definitely recommend the hotel.

It's a shame, it was our fourth time at the hotel for our girls' weekend. We were very disappointed. When checking in, they didn't mention that the whirlpool wasn't working. The quality of the food has significantly deteriorated and when the staff plays with their cell phones during breakfast, I find it very annoying as a guest. At breakfast the plates were always empty. The rooms are outdated. The skylight had mold growth. The fittings were worn out. We were always very happy with the hotel, but this time it was just annoying.

Time has stood still…Rooms are large but old. I found several dark hairs in the tub. Reception staff is friendly. Wellness area was not used. I definitely wouldn't come here privately, sorry.

We came to this hotel as friends for the fourth time in a row. We have always been satisfied so far. Unfortunately, since Corona, the reduction has been noticeable in all areas.Unfortunately, this time a few things came together that led me to give this review. I also previously wrote an email to the hotel asking for a statement. Unfortunately, after more than a week there was no response.The service is poor if you are understood at all. Instead of working, some employees stand next to each other with their cell phones instead of working. At breakfast we (8 people) had to push our table together ourselves and set up the rest. Eggs were raw, scrambled eggs were cold, bacon was hardly fried and it was only refilled when asked.Dinner was good, but the wine was forgotten here (wine trip booked) and was simply put down carelessly without an explanation when asked.At the last breakfast we even saw a mouse in the room that ran into the kitchen.The wellness area was good, but the whirlpool was broken, but that had apparently been the case since September.We are moms and unfortunately this year was a disappointment.
